A Christian Wiccan is one who is neither a Christian nor a Wiccan yet wants to erroneously use the names of both religions.

Your question is a sincere one and not as far-fetched as one would be given to reason.
Certainly is yours not oxymoronic.
This is an age of meta-religions, and while Wicca and Christianity are distinct pathways, neither is any less valid as a compass and path toward spirituality.
And each now has that convenience and amenity that one may peer into the other and participate in some measure, without losing or displacing the fundamental vortex of either or suffering the effects as was so prevalent during the early centuries of America and Europe.
Some paths are heavy at the traffic, while others are less traveled with little if any "apparent" journeyers. But always realize that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
Bear in mind, too -- let us not fancy ourselves in any the contrary manner -- if one, say, is born in America, he or she is essentially and fundamentally Protestant by reflex, so intertwined is this to the consciousness of the American.
It is no stretch that one should couple two such paths -- that of Wicca with Christianity. Many, many of us are doing so all the time -- that is, certainly if we were born American, without our even realizing it.
Import, to be American is ipso facto to be Protestant. Of course, we just call it American... Let us not delude ourselves of this. Point is, something has to underpin a given collective consciousness of a given area, region, or nation. In this nation, Protestanism happens to be that medium, out of which proceeds the myriad and valid and true pathways to God...and as allowed by and under God -- bigotries and ignorance notwithstanding.

Sure it can work. A lot of people think its a cop out. Maybe it is. However, I do believe that God created a being and sent him to help us. I also believe that the god and goddess are just two different sides of god. I do not think wicca is bad in the least. Yet im not going to say Jesus is fake just becaue I know parts of the bible are wrong and grossly misinterpreted. I also know there is way more out there than christians are taught, and its not just the devil. Christian Wicca sounds beautiful to me. I do hate to be associated with closed minded biggots. I also refuse to deny my savior.
Does this help? Or make it more confusing?

Speaking a Christian - yes - of course you can have a Christian Wicca and yes it can work as a religion. The Spirit of Christ can exist in a person just as spirits of witchcraft. But within such a person there will be a continuing spiritual battle which is likely to be very unpleasant.

Christian Wicca is an oxymoron.
You can not be Christian Wicca anymore than you can be a Christian Atheist. The belief systems are diametric opposites.

There cannot be a bona-fide Christian Wicca.
The bible expressly forbids withcraft of any form.
Only a Wiccan would dare call it that to justify their position.
By definition, witchcraft and paganistic rites of any form are expressly evil in Christianity.

Personally I cannot see how it works, but it is not my place to judge. I've spoken to some Christian Wiccans & they are as devoted to their faith as anyone else.
I _believe_ that they use Archangles and Saints in their rites than the elements and non-Xian dieties.
IF it works for them then it's an issue between themselves and their maker (to paraphrase Gandhi). & more for them.

You have to be kidding!! Christianity is absolutely opposed to wicca, which is pagan, which is of the devil himself.
Oil and water do not mix, neither does Christianity mix with things of the devil.
Invite the Lord Jesus into your heart, friend, read your Bible, get into a good, Bible preaching church, and renounce the hidden things of darkness.
God loves you dearly, and wants you to come to Him. Blessings, my friend.
