Many atheists believe matter and energy originated from nothing. But the First Law of Thermodynamics states matter and Energy is neither created nor destroyed, " thus atheists violate this Law of Science.

The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics states a system (like the Universe) will go from Order to Disorder over time. But atheists argue the Universe went from chaos and disorder (a big bang) to an orderly Universe.

Atheists believe living organisms first arose from nonliving matter. However the Law of Biogenesis and the Cell Theory states: "Life only comes from life." Thus atheists violate these foundations of Biology.

The Law of Causality states: Every effect must have a cause. "Atheists would argue there was a cause for a pencil, but they argue there was no cause for people. Thus atheists violate the Law of Causality.

Pathogens are parasites, viruses, fungi and bacteria that can invade and colonize a human host there by causing disease.

If god did create them as punishment, he is one nasty dude. Ever seen someone with cholera, systemic candidiasis, or ebola?

If you say they were not created by god there only seem to be a limited number of alternatives.

They evolved: But in this case you have to accept “macroevolution” since there are thousands of different species of pathogen covering all three kingdoms. Moreover if you are a “young earther” you have to accept that these pathogens evolved over a very, very short time span (<500 years) since a huge variety of diseases have been documented in many ancient civilizations.

Or…

Satan created them: Which is an interesting concept in and of it self.

Or…………

I’m waiting :-)

It seems to me, if R&S section was the only thing anyone reads- is that homosexuality is the only sin out there today. Granted it is a sin- and can be forgiven by the Cross of Christ, and people can change this lifestyle, and should once a believer- however- when has anyone asked this question- have everyone one of us, who call ourselves Christians 100% without sin- We can be, because we are made new creatures in Christ- however do we choose to "kill" everything in us that is not of God- before we condemn homosexuals that have turned to Christ, let us cast the first stone at ourselves. NO, I am not gay and never was, however there is plenty of things that I need forgiveness for.

If so, why did He create something that tastes so good to some? But if too many are eaten, it is bad for the body. So did He create them if He is the creator of all things? Why would He make something that is bad for our bodies?

i'm really confused how people can say they love god/jesus more than their spouse and the rest of their family. how do you justify this? i just can't see how people can say they love something that they have no real proof whether or not he exists, more than someone who is right there in front of them. please don't give me any of this "all life is a miracle from god" mumbo jumbo or bible verses.

I know this is a very controversial subject, and there are tons of articles that have been written about it. I want to know your opinion. I, myself, used to read Harry Potter, I read the first five books. I watched the first two movies as soon as they came out. Once I started going to church, however, aware of the huge controversy over these stories, although I was unsure of whether or not they really should be condemned, I stopped reading them. This was a big step because I was a HUGE Harry Potter (and Ron Weasley) fan. I am still unsure, however, about how bad or okay these books truly are.

Just something that tickles you?

Mine is: "1 John 4:8 - God is love." Yet........

"45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things."

God created evil as well, according to this. I think alot of christians may have glossed over this bit....

I keep hearing about the "mountains of evidence" that says evolution is true and creation is just mythology, but i've never SEEN the evidence.

I think you atheists and Scientists are making it all up! Show me the proof that God had nothing to do with the creation of humanity!!!

I posted a question about god killing all of the Egyptian first born baby boys, and I got a load of Christian answers saying it wasn't god it was king Herod, but wasn't it god who came through Egypt at midnight to take the life of all Egyptian firstborns, including the Pharo's own son? My question was directed at the Christian "anti-abortion" brigade, I was pointing out that if they love babies so much, why do they worship a god who's just about the biggest baby murderer there is? They seem to be more "pro birth" than "pro life".

Matthew 19
14 But Jesus said, “Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for to such belongeth the kingdom of heaven.”
21 Jesus said to him, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
22 When the young man heard this he went away sorrowful; for he had great possessions.
23 And Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly, I say to you, it will be hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
Luke 14
12 He said also to the man who had invited him, “When you give a dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your kinsmen or rich neighbors...
13 But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind,
14 and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. You will be repaid at the resurrection of the just.
John 8
He straightened up, and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone at her.
