There are many Christians who are starting to believe that evolution could have some basis in fact. What do you think of Psalm 90:4 & 2 Peter 3:8 where the Bible tells us that a day to the Lord is as a thousand years to us. If this is so...could it be possible that the world was created in God's measure of time and not our? Could it be possible that it took God 7,000 years (7 days to God) to create the earth, rather than 7 days to us?

How can U be a gay if U are a christian?

I don't believe that the king of Israel is a gay though a homosexual pastor says that David is an exhibitionist and a biexual.

Tell me which verse explicitly allow homosexuality in the bible!

After speaking to a few Buddists I've found that they all believe different things & a few do not fully understand what it is they actually believe.

If you don't like gay marriage, don't marry a gay person. Why would two people in love getting married affect you? How is it any of your business? I feel like religious people are so hateful sometimes and hide thier hate behind the bible to seem like a good person. Why can't more people worry about their OWN lives rather than worrying about what everyone else is doing.

i haven't seen people in this world who are so religious, except Muslims. i mean, why do they behave as if they live only for the god. can't they enjoy life and be normal. moreover, even when they are not in their country, they remain the same. why do women have to cover their heads, can't they be normal and enjoy everything? i have many muslim friends but when i ask them can u do this, they say ''my religion doesn't allow''...etcetc..i mean what's wrong with them?

A really great friend of mine through time has shown me that he's got great life-ethics he lives for which are so closely related to many of the beliefs of a believer of Christ. If he believes in living a Christian way of life, why doesn't he consider himself one? Is he waiting for someone to introduce him to Christ or does he want to stay agnostic?

He's a really great guy and I see so much potential for him to really know Christ but I don't know if that's what he wants.

What is the motivation for praising God? I mean, you would think that a being so much greater than we are wouldn't need to be constantly reminded of the fact. Is it fear? Will God punish us if we don't praise him? If so, he seems remarkably insecure, as indeed all that stuff about other gods in the ten commandments. Why isn't quiet appreciation of the Universe sufficient?

With permission granted to all who want a baby only when over 24.

After having filled in forms daily for say 6 months in a stable relationship or older with exceptions if single.

Then its reversed. In other words wait till after then have lived somewhat, gained some life experience, hopefully finished education and bloody well sure.

So absolutely no danger of unwanted pregnancy or stds.

I believe in an allegorical reading of the Old Testament, and I believe in scientific evidence.
