The chicken ,as anyone knows, is by far the most filthy animal in mass production-the methods used(tiny cages, thousands of birds on top of each other, etc) mean that the animals ,in their short horrific existences ,peck their own flesh due to the acid from the urine and excrement that they eat and sleep in.
Enjoy your next KFC or fried chicken from your takeaway(99pence for a piece of chicken-that aint organic/free range)

recently a faithful Catholic family moved onto my block; they seem like nice people, but I'm worried about my children (I have 2 sons, aged 7 and 9). Should I be worried about them molesting my children?

Christ organized the Church (Eph 4:11-14)

Must have the same organization as Christ's Church (Eph 4:11-14)

On the path of truth, when you reach the point of no return... and you cross it... what happens when you turn around?

...and, what happens when you tell a lie?

All energy that sustains life comes from the sun, so why do we think people who worshipped the sun as pagans and therefore idiotic. All life begins with the sun. What makes more sense worshipping the sun which has looked upon every ancestor, every day in history, and still every person on the planet.

Strangely,I haven't found any atheist postings deploring the Catholic stance on the death penalty or the Unitarian enthusiasm for gay marriage. Have these matters escaped your attention? Or are we confronted with truly shameless hypocrisy?

My belief in being "Born-agian" is accepting Jesus as my savior and nobody else/ giving it my all to repent from sin. I currently use the KJV, because it is the most reliable since it was directly translated from the Textus Receptus. look it up.

in my church there are youth and older adults, it is a traditonal church so we sing hyms but when my pastor led music he sang some praise songs and the youth we lift our hands which signifies we surrender to him and we know he is bigger than us. But the older adults dont understand that and i dont see why our music is the same as the hyms except its faster and some of the words are changed they are still sung to the same god

Some say the old testament is no longer relevant and that jesus coming made it so.
If so then the story of the creation is no longer relevant and is just a story.
Some say the old testament is still very much relevant.
If so then the biblical god is condones murder, rape, slavery and child abuse.
Which is correct?
Is the old testament still relevant or not?

According to the Koran, the punishment for theft is the amputation of a hand, and as I've read, in aggravated cases, the punishment is both the amputation of the hand and the foot. I also read that if the thief steals again, his/her other hand will also be amputated.

Some years ago, I heard that the Talibans had at times enforced this law.

But is this law still ever enforced in any other Islamic country?

I've read that the constitution of Saudi Arabia is the Koran.
Does Saudi Arabia enforce all the koranic laws, including the strictest ones, such as this one?

And how is the amputation performed? Is it by a doctor (and with a local anaesthesia), or is it by a rogue with a sword?
