Okay I asked what happens when someone goes to war and dies after killing someone right? Now somebody said that fighting in war according to the bible is not considered murder and many people say that MURDER is what's wrong. So what kind of killing is considered murder and what isn't? seeing people as either all good or all bad. Preachers having mood swings in their sermons. "What you do MATTERS,
what you do does NOT matter, What you do REALLY matters, what you do REALLY does NOT matter, Does anybody need to REPENT for thinking that it matters?

I think that my ex's mom has witchcraft on me. We have been broken up for over 3 years. He is in jail for supposively shooting his girlfriend he has been in there for a year and half, but for some reason I can't stay away from him. I know I don't love him and don't want to be with him. However i have trouble developing new relationships. I get sick and weak for no reason and can't function throughout the day. I get really angry and upset with the people around me. Now the reason I have come to this conclusion is because I have gone to see two psychics, one who was very real and he described her and told me she has attempted many times to put a controlling spell on me. I told him about some dreams I had and he said she has done the some to her husband and that her son is suffering for her evil doings. The psychic I saw prior to that told me the same thing. I'm a Christian. I don't follow any particular religion--I try to follow the teachings of Christ and the Bible.

Now, I've seen it said that you can't be Christian and not take Genesis literally. I've also seen a question about where in the Bible does it say that Satan was thrown out of heaven. One answer was (I so wish I could remember the verse) a place in the Old Testament. I read it and never in a million years would have interpreted it to be talking anything about Satan. It clearly (to me) was talking about a specific King of the time.

So, how do we know that certain parts are to be taken exactly for what they say and other parts are symbolic of something else?

With Christ's teachings, it's pretty obvious most of the time. I really struggle with the Old Testament. What if I want to take each 'creation day' as X million years? Then I don't believe the Bible. Yet, if I take the part about the king/satan for what it says, I'm also misinterpreting? So who decides these things?

What is shooting pains that come and go in the right neck and sholder? It has happens all night. With a pain of about 7 when it hits but it goes away after. it has happens a few times in the past couple of hours. Will you pray for me? I posted it here to because More people are here.

Even if you could disprove religion, would you feel any remorse for taking away the only source of happiness that millions of people possess? As illogical or unreasonable as it is, these people live and die for their god. Without it they have nothing. I'm not saying it shouldn’t happen, but if you had the power to erase religion, would you feel bad about the effect and trauma it would cause all these people?

I don't really believe in heaven or hell. I think that each individual has their own personal little heaven or sanctuary where they can look back on their life, visit other dead people, but mostly watch their loved ones on earth. They can come down to earth and guide their family i think, but only every once in a while. What do you think happens when you die?

Bunch of people sit in a circle around a campfire. One whispers a secret in the next persons ear and then that person retells the secret to the next and so on. Its fun to see what is said at the end of the circle and how much it differs from the orginal secret.
Not take this logic and apply it to the NT and tell me how it is so accurate since it wasnt even written for at least 40 years after Jesus died.
At least 4 generations later. Thats like when my great great granpappy caught a fish yet to hear the story today he caught a 40 ft catfish!
Explain to me how it is even remotely logical to think the NT is remotely accurate?
Not trying to flame here...but it really doesnt make sense to me.

I consider my self a half jew half catholic and so many people look down apon it but my friends and even my church and sinagog except me but how come outsiders don't and if american was about freedom of religon them why can't i be this if i can them i strongly suggest that everyone be what they want to be nothing to it but no matter what anyone says i'm and always going to be both.
