Why should I even waste my time? You're just looking for a "yes" answer.

The First Dragon is right. But "heathen" is a Germanic term, whereas "pagan" is a Latin term.

Today, the word "heathen" generally refers to followers of Asatru, the reconstructed Norse religion.

So, no, not all non-Christians are heathens. Just the lucky ones.

well lets eee hear christianity is a new religion .so if you google the word heathen .it refers to old english as the dwellers in the heath .translated into modern english it means dwellers out side of the city or living in the country .therefor this term only means that people live outside of town ,and not that they dont believe in some sort of god. therefore there are no true christians ,

no such thing as a true christian, everyone knows that, but so many says they are anyway. As an open minded being, who is skeptical as well, a heathen is just a disciminative term, used for egocentric christian folk who have no control over themselves. Why praise the lord until you have some evidence he exists, and until you know what praising means.. No dogma on here please.

You'd have to define "heathen".

My personal belief is that everyone at one point or another in their lives are "enlightened" to make a choice for or against the true light that is Jesus Christ the Righteous.

People in cultures apart from Christianity may not even know or understand they've accepted Jesus, but they have. They won't be judged for what they aren't able to know or do, but they laid hold upon God's gift of grace none the less.

I think we'll all be surprised at who we find in heaven. I don't think there will be alot of pastors or priests, but I think we'll find alot of janitors and homeless folks. Probably a good share of Wal Mart greeters there.

this depends on what you mean by 'heathen.' not a word i would normally use (other than to describe my behavior in college)

if by heathen you mean carnal, self-centered and recognizing no authority other thanmyself (and the IRS and police - at least enough to avoid their wrath) - that could be a heathen in my book.

but there are alot of people who are not Christians that i would not call heathens - the devout people of many religions do not act as heathens: they adhere to some code of moral decency and live their lives in an honest attempt to obey God as they understand him to be.

i won't begin to discern here who is a christian and who is not - your question is more about who is a heathen.

"Heathen" is an old-fashioned word, similar to the word pagan, referring to polytheistic religion. The heathen groups are Germanic and/or Norse, whereas "pagan" refers to polytheistic and nature religions generally.
"Heathen" has also been used with the general meaning of unbelieving or uncivilized.
Lately I have mainly heard it used as a somewhat playful term referring to people who don't believe in the God of the Bible.

How do you define 'True Christian'? Every splinter of christianity has it's own definition of a what a 'True Christian' is, chances are that since all these splinters say that they are the only ones going to heaven, it ain't gonna be all that crowded.

Meanwhile i'll be downstairs with the intelligent conversation and free barbeque

I find that Christians cheat just as much. But what you're referring to is that really religious people follow their religious teachings and do not cheat on their wives/husbands. Otherwise a lot of people do it... for a variety of reasons and being *supposedly* religious has nothing to do with it.

Seems to me that everyone has their own definition of "true Christian," so that question is a little up in the air right now.
