Before you had a physical body what did you look like and when you die what do you look like? I am talking about the part of you that IS. The I AM in you. What does it look like? Does it have color, or shape? Does it make noise? What do you think?

i mean about gay people... for christians is sin (ok, and whatever) but wouldnt it be a more christian behaviour just to ignore gay people ??(after all gay people dont hurt anyone by being gay).
in the bible it says something like "god let me be a way of your love, where there is hatred let me put love" (i dont know the exact quote and i am translating from spanish)...so why dont you just behave christianly and even though you dont agree just let people be and try to be god´s instrument of love???
Dont come with the homosexuality is sin and christians must point to sin...there are other "sins" like wars and people killing people just because of economical reasons (a sin that really IS hurting people) and you dont do much against.

Why dont muslims drink alcohol???
The bible says a little wine is good for the stomach....And Jesus drank wine all through out his human life..........IT SUCKS TO BE A MUSLIM...IM GLAD IM NOT ONE...I wonder if some muslims secrectley drink alcohol

My mom started a wazifa and in which she has to complete manzils every day.A manzil consists of 4-5 surah's. She decided to read the translation instead of the arabic text.Is that acceptable? Is translation equivalent?

ok the basis to this question is that more people have died over something that cant be proven, than ANYTHING ELSE EVER, thats the basis to almost every athiests argument apart from the usual creation and evoltion theorys , but im fawarding this question to see other people views on this theory " terorism " ok this is usualy in or by eastern religions , i may be being very steriotypical here but its in statisics . Ok apart from that its the conflict between social laws and religios laws which mostly ocurs in western civilisation , which the sheeps think there " book " im not going to determain any paricular riligious book here, they think they will be taken to an after life for killing themselves, so getting rid of religion could/would decrease the amount of terrorism and eastern wars along with a communial belief of reality which is we will all end up as dust, so in my opinion getting rid of religion would decrease terorsim and war and the belief in something that does not exist.

i was. he said "someone, somewhere in the world has a knee problem that will be healed"

and lo and behold, after 6 months of physical therapy, my knee was all better.

Yeah I bet that headline really got your attention. But anyway to get to the point...I think organized religion defeats its own purpose. To advocate peace and love yet fight others who dont believe the same as you makes you a hippocrite. Not just Muslims, but also every religion in general. I believe that there is something bigger than us out there. Something that guides us and gives us hope. I just dont believe in a God that punishes you for not eating the flesh and blood of Jesus, for not praying seven times a day, not getting baptized, eating meat, or other silly rules around the world's most popular religions. I believe in an all forgiving god who gives good people a second chance,...or a third,... or a fourth. I think even the most unforgiving person can be forgiven, if they so want.

I'm in my 50's, unemployed, can't find a job that wants to pay decent money. Prospects looking dim. Afew years ago I had my own business and my children were well brought up and wanted for nothing. Times changed and the business went down the pan. We lost the house and the good standard of living. Through it all I was always thankfull for what I had and never took for granted the good times. But now I just can't get back on my feet. If there is a deity that looks after our welfare, why am I in such a bad position? I am not wingeing. Just annoyed.

A priest was born in 1914 in Chicago with convulsions. Three days after his birth he was taken to South Side Chicago Hospital. The Drs. didn't know what to do for him so they decided to give him a large dose of aspirin to see if that would stop the convulsions. The Drs. were in the medicine room preparing the injection when a nun all dressed in her black habit went in to the room and prayed over the baby. The convulsions immediately stopped. This priest had an occasion to meet with a contemporary mystic who had been held in a Russian prison where the temperature was 60 below but he miraculously survived by the Blessed Virgin's intercession. When he was introduced to this priest he told him "Oh so you are the priest that Mother Cabrini told me I would meet later. She was the one who prayed over you when you were a baby." This very same priest is the oldest working priest in the Americas. He still says Mass as often as he can and he travels around teaching wherever he can. Nice huh?

she is clearly the most famous lesian, fatso, atheist in the world...so does she embarrass you guys? have any of you studied her recent work regarding fire and steel, or the demolition of buildings? professor o'donnell proves what atheists have been saying all along, there is a correlation between religious beliefs and intelligence.
