we live in a new world where Science and new knowledge has discovered that life is evolution and never was created at a specific time in history.

As a result how can we understand the story of creation ?

let me give it my best shot

Its a story that tells us that human life is divine and that should be respected. which means to be human is to be divine too.

The creation story should never be taken as a literal truth , and what do you make of my comments/

I know that some churches believe that Christians can still heal the sick in the same was as Jesus did along with his disciples, while others don't and that the days of miracles passed after the last disciple died.
Anyway what do you think and why?

Did you know in Islam a woman is protected, and her husband nor any other man may harm her or they literally face death? I know culturally it is too far wide and sprea practiced, but the religion itself says this is wrong. Islam says a woman is not even duty bound to cook or clean, and she has the right to demand payment from her husband even for nursing the children. Why do you who think that culture is the same as religion not listen when asking questions? I've seen it happen a lot of times where I post the verse, explain how it is cultural, and then have somebody who didn't even read the question go "so why is it still done?" People, try this. To you, your beliefs. To me, mine. We can still be great friends if you are open and religion isn't an issue. I know it isn't an issue for me, just ask any of my many nonmuslim friends. They'll tell you, too.

I'm trying to find out if there is a "universal"science that EVERYONE believes. Some of you don't believe in TOE,some not the BB. O.K.,so do you believe in the science that makes cars run?Your computer work? Is it ONLY evolution and big bang that you have a problem with,or are there other scientific theories/principle you are at odds with?I'm obviously not very good at putting my thoughts together,so try your best to understand what I am asking. Thanks for your patience.

What do you think of this quote?

During the time of the Prophet (saw) punishment was inflicted on the rapist on the solitary evidence of the woman who was raped by him. Wa'il ibn Hujr reports of an incident when a woman was raped. Later, when some people came by, she identified and accused the man of raping her. They seized him and brought him to Allah's messenger, who said to the woman, "Go away, for Allâh has forgiven you," but of the man who had raped her, he said, "Stone him to death." (Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud)

I want to make something clear here. "Forgive" is translated from Arabic. When any woman has been raped, she feels guilty. Ask any one of them, and they will tell you they questioned it until it drove them insane if it was their fault. This is telling the woman she has nothing to worry about. And it was a short statement, because right after he said to stone the rapist, which is what all rapists deserve.
