One, we'd like to show you that the existence of God can be proven, 100 percent, absolutely, without the use of faith. And secondly, as a former atheist myself -- an evolutionist -- I want to pull back the curtain and show that the number one reason that people don't believe in God is not a lack in evidence, but because of a theory that many scientists today believe to be a fairytale for grownups."

Depending on who they have as the atheist. Most likely, O'Reiley will put him up against another idiot, just to have a fair exchange. Having Kirk Cameron debate against a learned person would be like me fighting Mike Tyson.

Personally, I don't really care much about hearing anything that Kirk Cameron has to say. I think there are much better representatives of Christianity that would be more effective and interesting in a debate. But really, its probably going to be a whole lot like Y!Answers on TV ... one person's opinion against another's. Nobody can really prove their side undoubtably.

I have to agree. This will be very interesting. I hope it is as interesting as when O'Reiley and Geraldo were discussing the drunk driving illegal alien that killed those two young ladies in Virginia.

As a Christian, I was very disappointed in the Christian representatives. If that's the best they can do, then we should all become Atheists.

O'Reilly moderates his own debate and subtly skews the venue towards what he thinks will get his fanbase behind him. I wish they had the debate on more even territory.
