Every action gets a reaction. Jesus reacted or rebelled against Judaism or at least wanted to "improve" on it. This lead to organized relgion on a grand scale once war criminal Emperor Constantine embraced Christianity. People left out of this influence then went on to follow Mohammed not to be less than the rest. It was like a religious war race started.
If Israel had evolved something like a philosophy ie. Budhism, Humanity would have been spared religious intolerance, wars, and the Holocaust... Imagine.

It's history is filled with wars and bloodshed, ignorance and superstition.

It openly endorsed and encouraged slavery and servitude, while fighting reform and science tooth and nail.

It's modern practitioners, somewhat neutered by secularism, have tried to become a kinder gentler church and pretend they were that way all along, mostly for PR reasons.

Women's rights and women's suffrage are the result of female Atheists like Susan B Anthony and Gloria Steinem. Reproductive rights, likewise, and how many Christian women use the 'rhythm method' or refuse to vote?

My Aunit goes to a church of Christ. She been there for 30 years now.. Why does she only Believe in only water Baptism.
she tell me that men put there own words in the bible.. But that is what she is doing her slfe is puting her words in the bible.. How can i tell my aunit that she is worng that the bible is not all about water Baptism. The holy spirit can live in her and that she can get Baptism in the holy spirit.. She told me that when the 3,000 got Batism in the Box of AXE.. they all was Batism in Water now that is man words put in the bible..



So how can i tell her please tell me.

who said once "the pavement is hot because the devil in hell turned up the thermostat but God will cool us down with a heavy shower of rain". I am not very religious and life would be much nicer if seen through the eyes of children.Why as adults do we not try to see things more innocently, have we forgotten how?
