(Ecclesiastes 1:9) There is nothing new under the sun
(2 Timothy 2:23-26) Turn down foolish and ignorant questionings, knowing they produce fights. 24 But a slave of the Lord does not need to fight, but needs to be gentle toward all, qualified to teach, keeping himself restrained under evil, 25 instructing with mildness those not favorably disposed; as perhaps God may give them repentance leading to an accurate knowledge of truth, 26 and they may come back to their proper senses out from the snare of the Devil

No. For a few reasons. If you want to go with the mystical lore, as I understand it, servants of God were rarely attainable by Vamps (Granted I know little). Also depending on the lore, there are ways to free one's self.
I assume your comment is about us abstaining from blood. Still the answer is no. Among other things, once again this is my understanding, the reason Vampires are supposed to drink is for the Iron. My Grandmother was severly anemic and NEVER drank blood. There are other options.
Also just I would not kill someone else to help myself, I would die before killing another for food.
Consider this, If I was bitten and turned, and could not be in the sunlight, wouldn't I have to go to your door at night:D:D:D
Though this would explain that persistant/rediculous rumor that NONE of our Kingdom Halls have windows.

Well, it doesn't really matter. Since the Jehovah's witnesses are the only ones who are going to live forever, they should get to be friends with the vampires - they have a long future together.

No, they abstain from blood. And the power of God will trump the power of a vampire any day.
