Concerning anger, it can be sinful. But it's not necessarily always so. That's why the Bible says in Ephesians 4:26, "Be ye angry, and sin not". Anger can lead to disobeying God. That's when it becomes sinful. Jesus' case was different. He cleaned the house of God, "My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves." (Matthew 21:13) Hope this gives you an idea about the Bible's understanding of anger. (edit: I just saw witness' answer, "it's what you do with your anger" - that's well said)
Concerning Job, I may point out his need of repentance with his own words in Job 42:6; "Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes."
Noah later also sinned as can be seen in Genesis 9:21.
Generally both of these men (Job, Noah) were very great men of faith and we can learn a lot from them. But their failures are also written down for our instruction.

Yes indeed. There are many verses that show that Jesus ('Isa) is not the only perfect person. Noah, Abraham and Moses are on an equal leve with Jesus. They are all Prophets of the same God.

Blameless and perfect are 2 different things. Whoever you're referring to ('Isa) wasn't perfect, because he was born into sin. He was probably considered blameless because He acknowledged and followed God. Jesus was conceived like you and I (and everyother man). He was given from God. He was the only Perfect Man and never sinned.

"A Messenger to the children of Israel, who will say 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord. I will make a bird for you out of clay and I will blow into it and it will become a live bird by the permission of God. I will aslo cure the blind, the leper,, and give life to the dead with the permission of God. I will tell you of your personal belongings you keep in your homes (without entering your homes) Indeed in all that is a sign for you, if you are believers."(Qur'an 3:49)
This what Jesus really was A Messenger to the children of Israel.Just as all the Prophet's like Moses and Aaron,Zakariyah and John like all the Prophet's God sent them withe one message that they Worship God Alone
''And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship God (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Tâghût[] (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not worship Tâghût besides God )." Then of them were some whom God guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth). (An-Nahl 16:36)

If you're speaking of Enoch, the Bible only said that Enoch walked with God. Does that mean he was perfect? Or that he just walked with Him? If it's not Enoch, where is your source located in the Bible?

Adam and Eve were perfect....for a while!
He was the only one to live His whole life SINLESS.
Emmanuel translated means "God with us". And that's who Jesus was and is. God, with us!
Anger, if dealt with properly, is not a sin. It's what you do with your anger!
