Since Falwell, Robertson and friends say that the USA is being punished for being godless and liberal, I'm wondering if you can come up with societies that are worse. (I'll bet you can!)

I find a man named Barak in the Book of Judges who, together with Deborah, went to war aganist Sisera.( I know that the guy running for president spells his name "Barrack" but I just wondered about the name.)

I have seen a few stories lately on weddings at a Mormon temple that the family of the non-Mormon person was not allowed to attend. It got me thinking about if a person who wasn't Mormon would be able to attend a church service as a visitor to learn more.

when they really mean they couldn't care less.

if you "could care less" that means you care at least somewhat about this issue. if you "couldn't care less" then there is nothing else you could care less about.

so why do people say "i could care less"?

you know who i'm talking about; the self procclaimed jesusfreaks. Now i'm wondering, if christians think being obsessed with jesus is a problem because it takes away your own self identity. Like those people who can't even take a drink of water without thinking of jesus or the bible.

Why....do some of us like jump all over other peoples sins and don't even pay attention to our own...."Look at the LOG in your own eye before you worry about the speck in your brothers eye" and we are suppose to LOVE the sinner NOT the sin and ALL sin is WRONG but ALL have different CONSEQUENCES.....so why are we so compelled to point out others mistakes........look at this...

voice abound together and past and present flow into one.
Therefore the Sage remains in serenity whatever happens and
silently does his teaching.
