It is Ephraim and Mennassa these are correct (but the spelling may not be correct). Or if you actually mean which state in the USA is in the bible. That would be Philadelphia, it is found in the beginning of the book of Revelation. It is the name of one of the seven churches in that region.

The CITY of Philadelphia is mentioned. But I can't think of a state that is mentioned. Unless you mispronounce Missouri.
