Hi Riegan,

Jesus lived his entire life without sin. What is sinful is laid out in the Old Testament laws, and he didn't break any of them. He did do a few things that the scholars of the time thought might be sinful, but that was because they had misinterpreted, misunderstood or otherwise twisted the meaning of those laws (working on the Sabbath comes to mind). Jesus explained to them the error of their viewpoints (in the case of the Sabbath he revealed that the Sabbath was meant to serve mankind, not to restrict mankind).
Jesus was tempted as all men are, but temptation is not sin. Only yielding to the temptation is sinful.
I wouldn't put any credence in "saggy" or "Kathy P. W." responses. They are clearly made from an non-Christian or at the very least anti-Christian point of view.
Jesus is God. God took on human form to come to earth and share our temptations, our hardships, our sorrows, our joys and our failures. He came to experience mortality, and death.
Only the perfect unblemished sacrifice can atone for sin, as is laid down in the laws of the Old Testament. Back then it was lambs, doves, and other animals. But to atone for all the sin of all the world for all time, required a very special sacrifice. It required the sacrifice of God, Himself. That is why God, the Son, came to be with us.
God the Son lived in purity so that He would be able to be the sacrifice. He was brutally tortured and killed. He paid that price for us all.
Just before Jesus died, God the Father turned His face away from His Son. That was because for that time, Jesus bore the sin of the world.
Then after 3 days of death, Jesus arose and now dwells with God the Father. He lives in the hearts of Christians by the power of God the Holy Spirit.
He died for us all and He offers us all the gift of forgiveness, for since He paid the price for us, forgiveness is His to bestow. He purchased our debt with His own blood and life.
He especially wants to get to know witches and show them what He has to offer. No pressure. But how will you know unless you speak to Him. Everything He has to say is written just for you in a book. Won't you take a peek?

yes

Heb 4:15 For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Heb 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

I find it first helps to know what the laws of G-d are. Knowing them, the New Testament lists several places where Jesus sinned. For example: he was rude to his mother, rude to his parents, encouraged others to work on the Sabbath, and was not prepared for the Sabbath, plus he was not married and attempting to have children. Also-- the New Testament doesn't cover his entire life. There was a period of time NOT recorded in the Bible, so who knows what was going on then?

Don't you understand that the nature of his sinless condition is to benefit you and I?
Had he sinned, he couldn't have been a pure sacrifice and you an I probably wouldn't be where we are today.
When Adam sinned, he became impure and tainted the human race. Jesus didn't come from Adam's genes, he was sinless when transferred from heaven, and remained so until they killed him. Case closed.

Hebrews 4:15 states about Jesus: "For we have as high priest, not one who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tested in all respects like ourselves, but without sin."

No He did not sin. If He did then His sacrifice was in vain. It had to be a perfect man to stand before God on our behalf. Jesus knew how to stand up to temptation, unlike us.

Of course.... He is God, but He was in the flesh for a time.

Jesus was the sinless, unblemished Lamb of God who came here to die on the cross for our sins.

He was the one perfect and last sacrifice for you. Will you accept him as your Savior?
