How many Catholics even understand what it is? What is it's purpose? Why does the Church feel the need to practise this ridiculous ceremonial farce when it has no biblical backing?

wat it would be if a tornado came through a junkyard and tore through the old cars; would it leave behind a nice new Mercedes with the engine running and no parts left around?

what it would be like if someone told us about a fast food restaurant operating itself without any people there? The food just cooks itself, flys from the kitchen to the table and then when we are done, the dishes jump back the kitchen to wash themselves

Consider this the next time you are looking up at the moon or the stars on a clear night; could you drop a drinking glass on the sidewalk and expect it would hit the ground and on impact it would not shatter, but it would divide up into little small drinking glasses, with iced tea in them

(plz seriously answer and don't give me detail just only write yes or no)

If you don't know who he is, then you don't know where the Christian religion came from. Note, particularly, the section about the New Testament canon. He may have been the most significant factor in which stories were perpetuated, which, in many ways, makes him the architect of the religion. To call Christianity "organized" before his time may be a stretch.

The teaching has absolutely no scriptural basis or support. Why does the clergy teach it? Why do Catholics beleive it?

My moyher n law( a recovering alcoholic) stated that 50+ atheists have ,since she began the 12 step program, finally admitted to a higher power. And only after that were they able to begin their healing process. It is about giving up the "control' that you think you have over the universe. The "control" is like a lie that one tells them selves to feel better. a coping mechanism which then might turn into alcoholism. ( I hope my Aunt who was killed by a drunk driver is looking over my family and I)

"This essential element of tolerance--disagreement--has been completely lost in the modern distortion of the concept. Nowadays, if you think someone is wrong, you're called intolerant...''
I think this is very true.

Why do so many believe that muslim families have absolutely no relatives in the US Army who are fighting alongside nonmuslims for their very right to bash them and risk their lives so they can be hated by the label? I personally have a cousin who is a muslim in Iraq right now, so I don't understand how you can think we as natural born US Citizens wouldn't fight for our rights either. What's the deal?

If someone's lifestyle is no threat to you, then why must you continually call them names and behave disrespectfully?

I want to know how homosexuality affects you adversely, and on a personal level.

I'm betting it doesn't.

How many people work for other people, that if they were to discuss or question the divinity and perfection of Jesus Christ, ie the perfection of his own inciting of murderous temptation to those who would oppose his name calling (to the pharasees, "Your father the devil") and continuing on of the declaration of some eternal damnation for some in afterlife if they did certain sinful acts on earth,.....how many questioning those things would be discriminated, persecuted, oppressed, shunned, given the harder labor jobs to keep them busy so they won't talk to anybody else and possibly eventually fired or asked to resign from their positions for their sincere questions and desires for truth to discuss such matters? How many would be met with answers, evading discussion, such as "It is a mystery" or "Can't talk now." , meaning "I am not allowed by my minsiter to discuss this with anyone who has a desire to and am taught that they are to be shunned and that they are the antichrist..?
