my entire family is catholic, but i am so skeptical about all these religions. i havent been to mass in years. they (religions) cant all be right. i have muslim friends, jewish friends, friends that dont believe in anything. i am a non religous person but i am ready to accept the lord. what do i do?

I apologize for all my offenses against you before, I'm not turning muslim, but after some debate, i believed that Islam is a respectful belief and someone must not be blinded by media or publications. I can say that someone must really debate with a great muslim scholar before he attacks this religion. Does God put the same value on one person's prayers as on many people's prayers?
Does that mean God will favour the prayers of a group over those of an individual?
I ask because people keep putting up prayer requests (in violation of the Community Guidelines) in R&S.
Surely God sees the individual as being as important as the crowd.
Any thoughts?

Do you ever feel outraged at Christians being so patronising and telling you that you'll rot in hell if you stay true to yourself? I'm straight and I try and laugh at their delusions, however sometimes I feel the urge to tell them to F*c* off, grow up and get real. I know when I feel like that I am letting myself down and that I should remember where it comes from and that it shouldn't matter but sometimes....

Ok, I am a evolutionist and a creationist. Now because the reason I believe in such things is that we as humans within THIS WORLD are too perfect to actually fall inthis form we are now in today. I mean, this does not mean that im not an evolutionist, just imagine a world being left alone and through billions of years of evolution ALONE we as humans would have at least not only have different skins, hair, or eyes, but also our external appearance of ourselves would have been totally different.
A couple of million years ago our legs, arms, sense of smell the vission or our eyes could have been totally diverse from one another (I.E. A bats vision is almost a redish color because they adapt to the dark while we see all colors). What im trying to get across here is that if a creator did not exist we would all look commonly like freaks. But since there is a perfect law (which science is still in the process of finding out, besides creationist science) to which we still maintain our

I've had people tell me that I need to go to church so that God can be with me. I personally think that church is a waste of time. Not in a bad sense but I think that if I want to pray to God I don't need to go sit with a bunch of strangers every sunday. I can pray for him in the privacy of my own home it's just the same isn't it?
