For me it was sleep paralysis, it can be achieved by anyone, just sleep in the supine position (on your back) and if your lucky when you wake up, you'll feel awake but your body will still be asleep. Some people have believed to have experienced out of body experiences, and super natural positions. For me it was just freaky scary xP You'll wake up in a minute or 2...

You can't. That's the catch. Once you go "paranormal" you are doomed to stay that way for eternity.
And God is the only supernatural power so that position is already taken.

Well, I am a Child of God. I have had some really wild stuff happen. But, this hard to explain to those that never want to hear. But, I not think you need to search for this, it come in time. I have talked with people Christian and Non-Christian (I actually respect others views), many have had experiences from car crashes and drownings. BUT!!!! Listen! It not come from your making, if, it happen, let it happen. You go seeking and most likely you die in fear! Seen many a dead face with that look. It even scared me to see a person die like that. Man, you not want it!!!!

Meditate on the dead.......
As the energies in the world are prone to find those like minded individuals seeking them out, they will be attracted to the qualities you display......
the easiest way is to be negative..... Negative spirits are drawn to negative emotions.... they will find you out.....
Think on the dead... and I guarantee you, they will show up in your dreams......
I did a dream for a fellow who was no so deep into the occult, but when the spirit caught a hold of him, he began a series of horrifying dreams which in each day would change ever so slight....... It became so bad, that I was unable to help this fellow.....
He was being attacked in his dreams and would wake up bruised and scratched......
I could not help him and thus we stopped communicating.....
