I believe in the form of script the sanskrit used by the vedic community predates the hebrew. The British Museum has an excellent team speciallising in these matters. Dr. Finkel is one of the brains that I have encountered in this subject, whilst making a programme on early languages. Try contacting the museum website, they have open lectures.

Torah is in the late 16th century while the Veda is on the middle of 18th century. Which is which, Torah or veda? you know the answer.

As I understand it its the Vedas that are the oldest scriptual texts of Hinduism from 2500 to 650 BC, so pre-date the Torah.
