People have differed on this for 2000 years, but for me, the answer is No. Reading Matt.26:21-25 alongside Jn.13:25-30, it seems clear than Judas left before the Christian ordinance was instituted by Christ. Luke is the problem because Lk.22:19-23 seems to say Judas was still there. This may be explainable by the fact that Luke is often unconcerned about chronology of events and more focused on grouping topics. The casting vote for me comes from the fact that Ex.12:43-45 gives the law of the Passover, that no stranger should partake of it. If this was the rule for the shadow (Passover), how more certain would Christ be to ensure it was so here?

The scriptures indicate that Judas did not partake of the full passover celebration. The scriptures show that Jesus gave Judas a morsel and then told him to get on with what he was doing. Even the apostles did not read into this to much as they thought Jesus had actually sent Judas on an errand. Jesus as the reader of hearts already knew that judas had planned to betray him. The full passover meal also includes prayers over unleavened bread and wine to represent Jesus Body and Blood. The scriptures show Judas received just a morsel or a portion.....John 13:21-30

No. Jesus' apostles, including Judas, ate the Passover meal. During the meal Jesus mentioned that one of the twelve was a betrayer, a questioning over his identity arose and Jesus definitely identified him. Immediately Judas Iscariot left to betray Christ. Luke does not tell us precisely when Judas left the group. Surely it was before Jesus said: “You are the ones that have stuck with me in my trials.” (Luke 22:28 Following this, Jesus instituted the celebration of the Lord’s Evening Meal among the remaining eleven apostles, who had ‘stuck with him during his trials.’

Yes but Jesus sent him on his way to do what Judas had in his heart to do, and significantly this was before he broke the bread and gave it to His Apostles saying `This is My Body etc and the same with the cup.
Judas never recieved the body and blood of Christ because of his treachery.

No.
Jesus dismissed him before partaking of the break and wine, and instituting the Last Supper.
There were only 11 apostles present with Jesus.
Jesus knows that one of these men—Judas Iscariot—has already arranged to betray him to the religious leaders. Understandably, he becomes very distressed. "One of you will betray me," he reveals. The apostles are highly grieved at this. (Matthew 26:21, 22) After celebrating the Passover, Jesus tells Judas: "What you are doing get done more quickly."—John 13:27.
Once Judas has left, Jesus introduces a meal to commemorate his impending death. He takes a loaf of the unleavened bread, expresses thanks in prayer, breaks it, and instructs the 11 to partake. "This means my body," he says, "which is to be given in your behalf. Keep doing this in remembrance of me." He then takes a cup of red wine. After saying a blessing, he passes the cup to them, telling them to drink out of it. Jesus adds: "This means my 'blood of the covenant,' which is to be poured out in behalf of many for forgiveness of sins."—Luke 22:19, 20; Matthew 26:26-28.

Yes he did, in Matthew 26:21 the Bible says Jesus said "verily Isay unto you, that one of you shall betray me" if you read down to verse 25 it says Then Judas which betrayed him answered him saying "Master is it I" and Jesus said " thou hast said " and if you read just a little bit further it tells how Jesus broke bread and blessed the bread and wine but he didn't drink the wine. If you have a Bible concordinance just lookup " Last Supper " or " Holy Communion ". That is what I did. Good Luck with your Bible study and May God Bless you.

Yes. And Jesus secretly said to Peter, whoever dips his bread when I dip mine is the one who will betray me. Peter is the only one who knew. It was Judas.
