is it what he wants for us?

We sing a song at church by Darlene Zchezck that speaks of this verse like it is one of the promises to believers in Christ. Can we "ask for the nations", as the line goes in the song and know this to be a promise of God to Christians? Do we have an inheritance in the nations which God desires for us to seek for?
8'Ask of Me, and (N)I will surely give (O)the nations as Your inheritance,
And the very (P)ends of the earth as Your possession.

I am a regular person, not religious in any real way. I recently had a very real and very traumatic awakening experience, that was shared with several other people, at the exact same time. I am looking for people ONLY who understand what I mean when I say 'The time is now', people that were once asleep and now awake. I need some advice. The experience frightened me, made me close to inert in my every day life. It was laughed off by my psych professor. I find the only way I can function is if I just don't think about 'it', the free will 'problem', etc. If I continue the illusion, so to speak. I want to know if anybody has any advice how to live along with this knowledge in a western world where these experiences are either taboo or seen through the eyes of semi-delusional religious fervor. Again, I'm a reasonable person here, looking for a smart answer from somebody that might have some knowledge about the history of these experiences, using the least amount of new age wording!

Why is it that if you don't believe in God it's because the Devils is 'blinding' you? Or why is it that you have to believe in God, or you'll go to Hell? Going to Heaven sounds like Hell if all you do is worship Him all day.
Why is there no good argument for God? Is He just an egomaniac that rules by fear?
Most people 'belive' just from the fear of going to Hell.

I have often pondered something about Gods creation of man and woman.
If God knows all and sees all then I would like to know what was he thinking when he created the female. Just hear me out on this ok.
A female is biologically able to have a baby when she is about 14 (some younger) yet psychologically is not equipted to handle a baby at this age.
So from an engineering standpoint wouldnt it have been better for female puberty to be initiated either at a later age or even better triggered by some type of emotional/psychological trigger? Like some type of emotional growth within the brain that would then trigger puberty. LOL granted some people may not have had ever had babies but thats fine as well.
Seriously given the state of increasing numbers of pregnant teens God must have forseen this. And dont tell me this the work of the devil...thats just a cop out answer.

Is this a reality? Or is it just something that Christians have made up to show their displeasure with homosexuals. Are there a lot of homosexuals who actually want to be Christians?

I'm not catholic but I'm a christian. Why some people are too envious and jealous about the wealth of the Vatican. The pope lives as a son of a KING that we are. What people should enjoy the wealth and the luxury???The sinners, the gangsters???NO! The money and the wealth is for the children of God.If the mafia can ride around in a BMW and have 5 homes why the children of the king can't????You should work more and study in order to live better.I can feel your huge envy, but that is your problem, not mine, not the problem of the pope and is not the problem of the Vatican. If you are to mad about that BITE YOUR EYE!!!And you use the poor people to support your envy, come on don't be hypocrite......

There are movies and documentaries my soul cannot bear to watch; from “Roots” to “Blood Diamond” and beyond. It is as though every loving, reasonable part of my being bleeds tears of despair. Still I watch a portion of these movies to remind myself how far we as a species have to go to become truly human BEINGS.

I ask myself how, what can I do alone, what can we, as a compassionate, loving collective, DO to change this headlong path down this path of destruction? I ask myself every day. It is as though I am almost profoundly desperate to find and answer…or maybe even the right question.

Anyone else have any thoughts or ponderings on this? Will you correspond your thoughts to me via my email? I WILL respond. I must. mizleedo@yahoo.com

It’s not enough to be human…we must become BEINGS.

I can see things in the spiritual world because God opened up my eyes but I can't find words to describe it. I guess I can only decribe it in terms of emotions, such as beautiful or horrific, or the presence of God is stunning, or the world I see around me is vile. I can't speak much about it because I can't describe spiritual things with physical languages, and I wish I could.

You Cannot Even Utter The Word God Except By The Power Of The Holy Ghost.
For The Lord Said Thou Shall Call Me Lord Only By The Power Of The Holy Ghost.
Meaning If You Say The Word God, It Has No Meaning Untill You Are Born Again By The Grace Of Christ Jesus.
So All Religions Should Know The Above That They Are Actually Taking The Name of God In Vain

No matter whom I ask -- and I've asked at least 3 priests, 2 theology teachers, and all of my catholic friends -- I cannot find someone who will answer this question. I've had this question for nigh on six years now, but every time I ask someone, they always say "Oh, that's a good question." or change the subject immediately.

So my question is this: Why does the Roman Catholic Church let infertile/sterile heterosexual couples marry and have sex if homosexual couples cannot do the same?

I guess it would be different if the couples didn't know they were incapable of bearing children (especially given the abstainence until marriage bit), but it is ok to marry knowing that you're incapable of bearing kids, and ok to have sex knowing that. So it doesn't make any sense to me to say that gays can't marry because marriage allows sex, which must (according to the RCC) contain the elements of love, a consentual act, and be open to the possibility of conception. I mean, marriage isn't just
