Once at a eulgy I said that my grandfather liked being catholic because they served wine and bread at the service. Everyone thought that it was funny but my mother-in-law. She yelled at me and berated and scorned me saying "it is the blood and the body." I thought even jesus would get a good laugh.

"Men traditionally take care of women, since God has endowed each of them with certain qualities and men spend from their financial resources. The righteous women are obedient (to God) and during the absence (of their husband) they honor them according to God's commandment. This is because:
The problem comes from the word "Idribuhunne" which we used to translate as "beat them". The root of this word is "DaRaBa". If you look at any Arabic dictionary you will find a long list of meanings ascribed to this word. That list is one of the longest list in whole Arabic dictionary. It can be said that "DaRaBa" is the number-one multi-meaning word in Arabic.

I just read the new article from Associated Press titles "Pope says evolution can't be proven"

What science degree does this man hold? What University did he attend? What studies on evolution did he conduct to make such a conclusion?

I'm not trying to offend anyone or any religious figures...as much as I hate modern organized religion I do have respect for the original institution and the untainted messages of all religions and spiritual teachings.

ummmm please anyone care to explain this "logic" no wait i got it..since the book is an inaminate object it is of course not cabable of telling a lie therefore that statement is correct.

but can i just point out to you that the book was written y men and ultimatley the final editing i guess you could say was formed by men...

and whoever said that constatine was a christian man needs to take a hard look at history.

I have two questions really. According to Christian beliefs, do angels have free will? If the answer is yes, then that indirectly answers my second question.

If they don't, how was Lucifer able to chose to rebel against God, and thus become the Devil? Without free will he could not have chosen his own path, so this confuses me, unless angels do have free will and therefore have the choice to sin (and in the process they are doomed without a chance for redemption). This also makes me wodner how so many angles left God according to the Bible and followed Lucifer. Did that require free will?

This is a legitimate question, I am not trying to insult anyone's beliefs, I just really want someone to explain it to me without accusing me of "trying to instill my faithless ideas" on them. Much thanks.

So when you sin are you erased or do they just use white out? and not even when you sin but like lets says decide that everything you have been believing in is best said by kriss kross and "wiggity wiggity wack"..are you erased? white out? or just transfered into the book of the dead???

Join me in condemning terrorism that goes against Islam. There is a difference between defending your rights and just killing innocent people like there is no tomorrow. For those that slaughter the innocent, I speak against them. God will throw them into the hellfire first for committing suicide and killing innocent (applies to anyone) people.

Why do people still associate Paganism, Witchcraft, Druidism, Wicca and the like as being bad.

Why do they still associate us with the devil?

We all don't believe in the devil or satan.

Most of us have the tennant.

"do what thou will, and Harm NONE".

Im trying to start a pagan farm to help wayward kids. I visit nursing homes on my day off to help feed the elderly and talk with them. I donate time to Meals on Wheels for food for the elderly. Im thinking of donating my time to start a gymnastics club in a remote area of Australia so the kids have something to do on the weekends.

We aren't bad people. Most of us anyway....as there are always a few bad seeds in all religions.

Tolerance between all religions is what is needed. What pagans hate is people telling us we are wrong and need to convert.

Let us be, we recognise the validity of all religions. Recognise ours and leave us be.

if you think about it, Jesus really does need to appear to each of us. If Paul needed a personal visit from Jesus to know that Jesus was resurrected, then why wouldn't you and i?
