One of my Mormon girlfriends showed me her magic underwear and she said the church makes her wear it. She is only allowed to take it off during sports or bathing or when we have sex. She says it is magic and will protect the wearer from harm. If this is so, I think everyone in my platoon over in Iraq should be equipped with Mormon Magic Underwear to protect against the terrorists bullets. Body armor is hot and bulky. Mormon Magic Underwear is thin cotton and much lighter than body armor.

basically i'm looking for a new faith but it must have the following qualities....

1. must not disagree with facts and evidence
2. must not involve weird rituals
3 must not ask me to hate or disapprove of anyone
4. must allow me the freedom to live my life the way i want to

does such a faith exist ??

Remeber when Jesus died on the cross and the soldiers pierced His side and blood and water flowed? For that happen, meidcal experts say that the heart was under tremendous pressure. this resulted in the heart exploding or bursting. As for me, that puts my pain, sin and sham into perspective! What a divine sacridfice! That blood-drenched sacfifice has bought me hope, love and acceptance, joy in His presence, forgiveness and triumph over the slavery of sin. I'm just wondering if you reverse all the festivals - like it being autumn here now would make it kinda silly to mark a rite of fertility. So really the festival of Eostre should be celebrated in about October in the southern hemisphere, shouldn't it?

Jesus completely fulfilled the teachings of the old testament, those teachings were made complete in him. So if Islam fulfills the teachings of the new testament where did Muhammed do this?
