I usually try not to let the snide remarks of others here bother me, they are if anything just usually amusing to me.
There are real people behind the remarks though, souls needing saved, and it's kind of sad sometimes.
This question came to me from a snide remark though, so for that, I geuss I'm thankful?
The guy said I did a pretty good imitation of a "firebrand" christian;whatever that means-I dont kno-and that my impression was "laughable at best" but this I do know, I AM on fire for God!
I am not ashamed to say it...I am a tongue speaking devil casting out laying my hands on peoples and theys gettin healed been baptized Jesus is my world kinda christian...and that's not bragging cuz it just should give testimony to just how powerful Jesus really is!
That he could take who I once was: strung out on drugs and involved in the occult & in severe depression-due to several family deaths ( including my father's suicide) and a recent job loss and homeless n jobless-n make ME ?

hey dears,
did you had been through a moment that proved to you that god exist...?

my answer:
from two years ago ...there was a big contest in the school...
and there was a lot of prizes starting from the smallest one to the biggest one ..
i was one of those who were nomenated for the prizes .....and they started to nomanate every one with his own prize by pulling the names just like that starting from the smallest prize....that time i was asking allah in my heart ..to win the biggest prize.....
in the end there were about 150 student with me waiting for the biggest prize..
and FINALLY it was my name who apeared...!!

that was my strongest moments that proved to me that god (allah) exist ...

so what's yours?

What discredit Jesus for being Him.

You don't discredit that Jesus lived... but you say that He was just a man.

He did have all of the charachteristics (his lineage, his native)prophecied in the Old Testament... didn't he?

What are your thoughts?

i wonder people clame Evil i just wonder if their is a satan like people clame i just dont see why he will turture a person i mean their is nothing to gain from it.
even if he is evil their must some reason.

or people clamed they are posesed by a Devil and turture the host like Exosist i just dont see a point in that.

so is Evil made up people that got a bad wireing in their heads.?

Psychology is based on man's view of himself and why he behaves the way he does (with several theorys), where as the Bible is based on God's view of His own creation and why man behaves the way he does. They differ quite a bit. So, can we trust psychology? Are they compatible in any way? Should we integrate them or just stick to the Bible? Do we even need anything besides the Bible?

Earlier today, our friend Tylr Durdn asked an excellent question regarding the Great Unanswerable Question - What is the meaning of life.

I would like to ask, especially of the Christians, what they beleive is the PURPOSE of life. I understand that the belief is that we are all created by God. But, Im curious as to what our PURPOSE for creation is... AC CLarke wrote a story called The Billion Names of God, in which the purpose of our lives was the guess the name of God. Once this name was found, we ceased to exist, as our purpose was completed...

So, what is the PURPOSE of our creation, according to your beleifs? Why would an omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent Creator have any needs in creating mankind?

Please remember - this is about the PURPOSE of life, not the MEANING of life.

Do you think it's funny to make fun of people who walk funny? I walk funny, and I don't think it's very funny to make fun of people who walk funny.

That's not what Mohammed taught. Rather than ridicule people and treat them badly for being different, Mohammed taught that we should just kill them and put them out of their misery. Come on people, let's be just a little humane and quit making fun of people who are different.

That this comes from Jesus Christ and transforms us when we are saved? That God really does change our hearts and gives us new desires and we WANT to follow and please Him?
That salvation is ONLY in Him? (John 14:6)
It is like supernatural when you receive the gospel and believe--God works in you and it is like the veil has been lifted....Just as 1 Corinthians says: It is the POWER Of God, the message of the cross, to those who are being saved- Amen!
