Yes! I t is safe to drive a car on LPG. You must get a standard LPG kit fitted from a recognised govt authorized Agent.And ensure that your car engine is perfectly tuned to run on LPG.

Yes it is very safe indeed, They run industrial equipment on LPG. But there are draw backs you have a 30% loss in power compared to gasoline you it needs a device called a vaporizer to heat the fuel to run effetely and the cost is much greater than gasoline of diesel powered systems.

and follow all the safety measures prescribed by the car manufaturer.
