I have struggled with this for years. I love to write but feel that if one has a talent that they should serve the Lord with that gift. I love God with all my heart but love writing mainstream stories. Should I be only be devoting my talent to serving God?

What do you think about that, Christians?

The rapture theory says something like "The dead shall rise and all believers will be taken to Heaven in the blink of an eye." If this is true, I wonder where the dead Christians are now.

It doesn't make sense that they would go to Heaven after death, just to do it all over again. Provided, of course, that this theory is valid. I'm not so sure about it, but I had it drilled into me as a kid. Along with taking everything literally. It didn't stick though, I disagree with most of what I was taught. Some of it was just down right wrong. Nobody even told me who came up with the theory. That would've been nice to know.
Insight anyone?

I am studying religion and am curious if any other religions out there can prove there athority. I have only found one church that can which is the LDS or Mormon church and they can do it with the bible & further scripture.

Read Genesis Ch. 14 Where it speaks of Melchizedek. This area of scripture has taken much time and praying to understand.

People claim the book of Mormon is another bible but in fact it is another testimont of Christ.

I have always wondered what Christ meant when he said I have sheep else where. Which made me think maybe there is other scripture. I have prayed and believe that it is our duty to seek out god in everyway possible it is our duty.

I am seeking honesty and fact's. Not mans belief but Gods words. Please keep contentious coments & your own beliefs to your self aswell as miss interpurtations of scripture. I have heard all scriptures for people but they are miss understanding there meaning.

He didn't die for our sins. Our leaders made a law, this man had broken that law, punishable by death. He's a hero simply becasue he understood the truth. So.....who was he talking about?
