I have heard of 3 types of Catholics over the years - Roman, Anglecian and Byzantine. Are there any other types? Also, what are the differences between them? Do their RICA classes differ much? For that matter, are there any Byzantines left?

...shouldn't she still give birth to an ape? The DNA shouldn't change.

Evolution's mutation mechanism does not explain how growth of a genome is possible. How can point mutations create new chromosomes or lengthen a strand of DNA? It is interesting to note that, in all of the selective breeding in dogs, there has been no change to the basic dog genome. All breeds of dog can still mate with one another. People have not seen any increase in dog's DNA, but have simply selected different genes from the existing dog gene pool to create the different breeds.

Don't you think that would make sense to think that Satan would know god was more powerful than him?

Or is this some type of game where angels can somehow grow in power like in a video game (Level up per se). What, does Satan get alittle more powerful the more he corrupts people?

Utter nonsense.

It is a common question here to ask what keeps an atheist from committing crimesl. The usual answer is that because of the golden rule one would not want to rob or murder. I agree it works for those examples, but what about so called victim less crimes like , jaywalking, illegal drugs, prostitution, downloading songs for free on the Internet, etc. There seems to be much less consensus on if these things should be illegal or not, How would an atheist decide on those issues both personally and for an entire community?

Okay, as Christians, we are taught about a Lake of Fire, but where is your scriptural basis for this. I see more in the Bible that talks about how we are to live our lives as examples of Christ.

What scriptures do you have to back up your beliefs that nonbelievers will go to hell? (John 3:16 doesn't count in this case since it doesn't talk about hell).

Thanks in advance for taking the time to research and answer.

Why do christians need proof of evolution, yet need none that a man died 2000 years ago, and then ascended to heaven, to one day come back and take all the good people into the sky, and punish all the bad? Why do you need proof of the missing link, but no proof of the missing savior?

No seriously, the only proof of BibleGod that seems logical...how could a twit like him get elected if not by the Grace of BibleGod.

I suppose he is a towering pillar of intellect...not.

we know the effects of neglegence on a child? mental damage, even physical damage. christians call their god the "father", but he has not been here for about 2000 years. and look at what shape the world is in.

should he be convicted of negligence? i think so. foster home for all of us!

I am an Elder and Librarian of the Lore. Let your answer be your question about Paganism and then open your "Answers e-mail" and I will do my best to answer. Remember though, I claim no higher authority in and of myself but Librarian and Elder. I am neither priest nor prophet.

Considering that every action you make is influenced by either chemicals in your brain (supposedly designed and created by god) and the experience of the world around you (supposedly designed and created by god) you can't make a choice based upon no influencing factors, so free will doesn't exist. Also if the world was made by god then god is in control of all those influencing factors so not only do you no have free will but god is supposedly controlling your choices. If an omnipotent omniscient god created the word he knew creating it the way he did would influence people the way it did so everything that has ever happened (good and bad) god planned for and intended to happen. Even the bible agrees with me "Psalm 139:16 Says that even before you where born god had a plan for you and everything you will do is already decided. This doesn't hold up with the benevolent god who wants people to believe in jesus and gave everyone the choice to follow him or not does it really?

i do not mean for this to be offensiv e. this is what i believe.

i think that hitler was a favor from god to jesus to get back at the jews for killing him.

i do not think that jesus ever forgave anyone and he is to this day a bitter and hatefull person.

what do you think?

its not like god actually cures anything. and praying to him obviously has no statistical effect. so all these christians that say, "god cured my..." its all in their head. god didnt effect the outcome at all. its all in their head.
