As there are some thousands and thousands of churches around the world, every church claims that what they do is right and often blaming the other. Is there any way to find out a true church based on Bible?

Based on scriptures, all the churches are preaching the word of God. I have attended many prayer meetings, but one church doesn't accept the other one is right. One Christian doesn't accept the other one is a true Christian? Then how can a non-Christian begin to follow Bible and Jesus Christ? Since I belong to a Hindu religion, we never have such partialities among devotees. Anyone can go to any temple and pray the God according to his own will and wish. Particularly in India, every year there are so many people converted from their religion to Christianity. For quite sometime, they are lead in to prayers and Bible reading. But gradually, they are not being taken care of by the Church elders resulting the converts are returning to their sinful way of life. Whats the solution?

Did God want even children to understand his Word?

If so, why are there Theologians?

If a child "fears" God and is literally scared of God. Isn't that the "beginning" of that child's wisdom as the Bible plainly says?

Why would an older Christian try to change the word "fear" to a "better" one - to give that child a different understanding that the one that comes naturally?

Why is it necessary for ministers to constantly paraphrase and explain something that even a child should be able to understand?

Leviticus 20:13

13 " 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

When God put the tree of knowledge and the tree of life in the garden of Eden, didn't God KNOW that A&E would do it?

If God knew it would happen, why did he punish A&E and everybody after them?

And if God knows that there is going to be a great falling away, as the Bible says, does that mean that God is responsible for it? Does God control everything? If he knew I would not be able to find reasonable evidence or a significant compelling in my spirit to believe the Bible, even before I was born, How can I be judged for that?

I would like to believe the Bible, but I have absolutely no compelling reason to, aside from emotionalism, or an extremely faulty and cumbersome apologetics!

God foreknew, did He not? Before God created the first being, he knew that some of them would rebel. God put within the creature the seed of rebellion.

Where did this evil come from?

Jesus was way cool
Everybody liked Jesus
Everybody wanted to hang out with him
Anything he wanted to do, he did
He turned water into wine
And if he wanted to
He could have turned wheat into marijuana
Or sugar into cocaine
Or vitamin pills into amphetamines

He walked on the water
And swam on the land
He would tell these stories
And people would listen
He was really cool

If you were blind or lame
You just went to Jesus
And he would put his hands on you
And you would be healed
That's so cool

He could've played guitar better than Hendrix
He could've told the future
He could've baked the most delicious cake in the world
He could've scored more goals than Wayne Gretzky
He could've danced better than Barishnikov
Jesus could have been funnier than any comedian you can think of
Jesus was way cool

He told people to eat his body and drink his blood
That's so cool
Jesus was so cool
But then some people got jealous of how cool he was
So they killed him
But then he rose from the dead
He rose from the dead, danced around
Then went up to heaven
I mean, that's so cool
Jesus was way cool

No wonder there are so many Christians

What I mean is, what if you marry a woman, who is good to you, but that isn't your "soul" mate.

Does God just let her get married to another guy so that even if you prayed later on, she is well, taken?

And how does it work?

If she prays for you, does that keep you from marrying till you meet her?
If you pray for her, does that keep her from marrying till she meets you?

Does it matter if one soulmate prays for the other, or do both have to be praying?

Will God change the path of the other person's life in time? Or will the one pray in vain?

Most Christians talking in Yahoo answers have pretty soft lives and have many luxuries for which they are thankfull. They will likely have full lives with plenty of good choices in those lives.

But people in the dry lands of Africa who are starving with their children wasting away - suffering and dying in front of their mothers' eyes.

There are millions of people caught in the middle of horrible wars hoping they will survive an other day - their children getting blowen up by bombs and artillary or shot by soldiers?

How do these people believe in a benevolent God? Where is the goodness you give thanks to? Why would you worship a god who allows all this and, at the same time gives you so much?
