It is a fact . Had it not been , then no spiritual leaders would have been born .
It is a fact that , all spiritual leaders respected and loved their mothers , as we do to our mothers .
Without mothers , there will be no sons or daughters to follow the spiritual path .
So , in whatever form the mothers are , they are the first stepping stone , to lay the foundation of the spiritual world.

Yes! Women ,generally, are more spirtual in nature compared to their male counterparts. The basic reason is their sense of insecurity and natural desire of belongingness....
This study is unique because it goes back to a time when formula feeding was not so prevalent. We had families from areas of heavy industry through to farming, and found most people did move up," the ‘Daily Mail’ quoted him, as saying.
Dr Martin said: "There is a difference between breast-fed and bottle-fed children that emerges in long-term follow-up, and could be important to the health of the population. We found a trend suggesting longer breastfeeding, up to six months, may be most beneficial but it's clear that even some breastfeeding is better than nothing."
The long-term study looked at 1,414 people now aged in their 60s and 70s who took part in the Boyd Orr Study of Diet and Health in Pre-War Britain (1937-1939).

By definition spirit soul is common in both the body of the man and women. The external covering is the body, male or female.
The body is temporary, whereas the soul which is common in the body of the both man and women is eternal.
As per the previous question, Bhakti is eternal function of the soul (atma) towards the soul. The body of man or woman is only temporary. One who is today in the body of man may change in next life into woman and vice versa, but the soul does not change it's eternal function of Bhakti or spirituality.
Let us understand the nature of soul from what Lord Krishna, states in chapter two, verses 22 to 25,
As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones. The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind. This individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble, and can be neither burned nor dried. He is everlasting, present everywhere, unchangeable, immovable and eternally the same. It is said that the soul is invisible, inconceivable and immutable. Knowing this, you should not grieve for the body.

When we look at our universe closely, we know that we have two different things every where. Like in an atom which constitutes the whole universe we have electrons, protons & neutrons. Each have its own physical properties. Both cant be compared for equality. Bcos by nature they are not. But for an atom to be in a stable state both electrons & protons are needed. Likewise for human life we need both man & woman to play their own role as per their natural features. We cant compare them to claim who is superior. Each have its own physical & mental properties. Both cant be mingled to claim they are equal or one is greater than the other. Spiritually also they have their own properties. A question of who is higher or who is lower should not arise. Like can we ask which is more negative charged particle. Electron or Proton. Any physicist will laugh at this question.

Who said they are??
Women and Men are two different biological species, created by God.
There is nothing about one being 'higher' or lower than the other.
'Spiritual' is the adjectival form of 'Spirit': so anyone who cares for the spirit (Atma) that lives in another Atma--be it male or female-- may be said to be spiritually superior!
What is caring? Showing love, compassion of the 'haves' for the 'have nots', consideration and empathy for the condition of the other Soul, showing respect for the other Atma---BECAUSE of the very fact that it is another Atma just like my own--and sharing ........that is Caring!
So, whether it happens in Women or in Men.accordingly, anyone can be spiritual! ..and MORE spiritual!!

In the past traditional religion would have said that women are lower. I don't think that they are lower nor higher, but that women have a different approach: the door of emotion instead of the door of detachment and rationality (even though some women are just as rational as men are). Moreover most women follow more their intuitive side, which can help with technique such as meditation.

women makes the men spiritual. men are more spiritual than women because of women physical structure, their role as human being and social obligations.their role is as maya and mamta.spritualism starts when a person leaves maya and mamta.there are very few women who can cross all these barriers

They are the same, both genders have the same spiritual struggles. The only difference in spiritual level could come from past karma, and thirst for spirituality in this life.

no, how many gurus and spiritual teachers do you see as women less than men?.women are usually more traped by there emotions, and slightly less likely to step on the path.this to me is a product of social conditioning, were society teaches women to have baby's and to focus on others and Deni them selves.
i don't believe it right, but that what happens.
