I've been watching a video on http://YouTube.com in which a woman has been insisting for about 10 minutes straight that atheists absolutely despise Jesus.

There was a line drawn in the sand by God for man. It was the "Mark of the Beast". Take it and perish in the afterlife. Tell me why the Verichip implant does not qualify as the Mark.

God could have both. But then again if you were that powerful wouldn't you also have the ability to make everyone think you are all knowing with sheer power? How do we know he isn't just a cocky bully with an ego problem? If everything alreadys exists in gods head, the future, the past, the present, why would he need to create things anyways. Why couldn't he just, you know, lie about him loving everyone and all that? Is that not even a possibility? Why does a shepard have sheep to begin with by the way. No shepard has raised them for the fun of it, it's for exploitation, for meat, wool and milk. If a god exists up there and he created us to live as slaves to worship him, i resent it and i would say to him unmake me i never asked for this "gift". What is a life if you're forced to bend yourself to another's whim anyways? It's no better than being a tool, an inanimate screwdriver or something. Face it, this is a possibility, i'm not saying it's the truth, but it is a possibility.

In my earlier question does "Original Sin" mean that aborted fetus's will go to hell (paraphrased) showed that most Christian respondants belived that the fetus's would be shown mercy, and go to heaven as God/Christ is merciful and will not condem a child for a parent's sin. So then if a fetus's soul is going directly to heaven, (without having made a free will decision? but by God's mercy?). Then is aborting unwanted fetus's and sending their souls directly to heaven a Sin? or Gods work? Given that from the answers I have received most Christians belive that 100% of these souls go to heaven from an abortionists work, is it more rightous to be an Abortionist then a Preacher?

This notion that no boats other than the ark survived the flood is a bit sily, don't you think?

If a member of a mainstream religion, where did you find this answer you are giving me? How can you answer if you can not practice this?
Background:
When I was young and hot headed, rash possibly, I cursed many people, for their actions and lack of actions. My question is for those whose faith deals with curses and blessings. How long does a rash curse exist. I also heard people can be protected and the curse returns to the source, so I am cursed by myself.
So my question is related to time, duration. Years?
Also, being Roman Catholic, (I do not practice curses or blessings) I have been to confession and talked about this, so I really already am content, but I was hoping someone would know duration of time related to curses, and could tell me. Just a random thought I have about my life.
Thank you for your thoughts.

No human being would feel complemented if it was said of him (or her) that he ordered genocide to be commited, supported slavery, ordered the adult women of enemy tribes who had had sex to be killed but to keep the virgin little girls "for yourselves", etc! Yet when Christians say that the Bible is true, they are atributing these thing to the Lord... If the Christians really love their Lord, they should be DENYING that these things are true about their God!

How was the world made? how was the universe made?
Most people who created the theories of evolution and all that, have stated nothing can be created from nothing, Einstein even stated he does not believe in a personal God but he does believe that their is something out their that is intelligent out their, what do you think of that? If the world was created out of randomness how is it that the earth's atmosphere and all things of the world seems like it formed specifaclly to create life, now about evoultion how did evoultion how was evoultion created? how was nature? how was the germ created then explain how what created that created that?

all of them. I took the 3 soaller, less desired, pups, forced some poison down their throats. cut them apart limb from limb, and put their parts in a trash bag. Did I do the wrong thing?? I didn't think I did because I saw a video of an abortion on a human baby and that's about what they did to him. I figured if it was right for people, it must be right for dogs. Do you think I was right or wrong?

Ok so since I was young I have been very prone to paranormal activity and seem to have other abilities like tuning into others emotions and seeing things before they happen. I have always heard about some people being "sensitive". I was wondering if anybody knew some that could help me understand this and maybe even point me in a direction that will help me develop these abilities?
