Print Ninja -- you're chronically earth-bound in your thinking -- you ask a lot of questions about God & the Kingdom of Heaven but you won't ever get any satisfactory answers if all the while you refuse to look "up".
I think you mentioned somewhere that you had many years of Christian education -- How is it that you don't seem to know that Christ did not come to found and/or save an earthly kingdom? -- its been doomed from the moment it fell into sin.
You seem to be stuck somehow in applying some sort of fatalism (hopefully I'm using that correctly, I make no claim at being a theologian) where you want to blame God for everything that happens.
It was not in God's will that we fall into sin or that anything bad happen, BUT
It was also His will that we have a free will, which came with the ability to make real actual choices and thus good and bad consequences. Its impossible to completely understand it, but there would be no such thing as obedience unless the opposite or at least the lack of it is possible.
Sadly, man chose with his free will to sin, i.e. disobedience and the consequent corruption of this now doomed and corrupt earthy kingdom.
His perfect and divine nature and justice demands payment for that disobedience before we can be reconciled once again to Him and we can be restored to our former perfect state without sin, disease, suffering and natural disasters.
Incredibly in his divine mercy He chooses to redeem us BY TAKING THE PUNISHMENT ON HIMSELF as He Himself is the only one who is able.
Just pause for a moment and try and wrap your head around that -- before you object, its supposed to be a mystery as it really is just unfathomable..., wonderful but ultimately wonderfully unfathomable.
And note that IT IS A FREE GIFT FOR THOSE WHO WILL ONLY JUST ACCEPT IT!
This time the unfathomable part is that so many want to whine and quibble after all that because somehow this doesn't quite suit them because its not exactly all on their own terms as they somehow figure they should be -- if that's where you still are then you just lost, man. I hope not, I don't get any joy throwing condemnation at people. If I were able, I'd join that heavenly chorus that rejoices, or parties if you will, each and every time someone accepts membership to the Kingdom of Heaven. I hope some day to meet you there when this sad earthly kingdom passes away and replaced with the completed and fulfilled Kingdom of Heaven.
I think that the intellectual satisfaction you seem to be seeking is a trap as is the arrogance (i.e. lack of humility) that just doesn't want to accept that there is a God. Underneath is all is just a form of denial because **you don't want there to be one**, so that you don't have to deal with it/Him.
There's no alternate theories or science that can deal with the ultimate origin of the universe -- there's nothing there to go bang if there's no creator of whatever it was that supposedly went "bang" in the first place. There's no beginning of time unless there's someone not bound by it to set it in motion. And there's nothing in science that can explain our need for spirituality other than the existence of a spiritual realm to match it.
C.S. Lewis said:
“There are only two kinds of people in the end:
1) those *who say to God*, ‘ Thy will be done’ and
2) those *to whom God says* in the end, ‘ Thy will be done.’ (or 'Have it your way then') All that are in hell choose it.”

Firstly, you must, as a ninja believe in the esoteric as well as the physical world. You know, as a ninja, that the spirit is the source of all wellness, or of all ills. People who pray and think positive thoughts can change the nature of the world around them. Ergo, those who do not pray, or who Believe that their prayer won't make a difference, are indeed, contributing to the general illness of the world.

The Bible states that sin corrupted all of creation. "Cursed is the ground for your sake. The Earth shall bring forth thorns and thistles. You shall eat bread by the sweat of your brow." Sin messed everything up.
The answer to your question is found in the first chapters of Genesis. God's remedy for it is detailed in the rest of the Book.

Satin is a cloth. devil is the in all hazard the word you recommend. It comes from the old Hebrew word for adversary or opposition used of their court docket device for the guy we could call the protection criminal expert. One could look at distinctive religions as distinctive soccer communities. One could have self assurance that your team is optimal and decide for it to prevail. Is that misguided? or basically an opinion. and could they be loose to have their opinion or could desire to they settle for yours that each and every person communities are great.
