God could have both. But then again if you were that powerful wouldn't you also have the ability to make everyone think you are all knowing with sheer power? How do we know he isn't just a cocky bully with an ego problem? If everything alreadys exists in gods head, the future, the past, the present, why would he need to create things anyways. Why couldn't he just, you know, lie about him loving everyone and all that? Is that not even a possibility? Why does a shepard have sheep to begin with by the way. No shepard has raised them for the fun of it, it's for exploitation, for meat, wool and milk. If a god exists up there and he created us to live as slaves to worship him, i resent it and i would say to him unmake me i never asked for this "gift". What is a life if you're forced to bend yourself to another's whim anyways? It's no better than being a tool, an inanimate screwdriver or something. Face it, this is a possibility, i'm not saying it's the truth, but it is a possibility.

Omnipotence doesn't directly imply omniscience, but it implies the ability to gain omniscience. As for your questions about whether God is a bully, deceiver, etc., the real question you should be asking isn't "Is God really omniscient?" or "Is God really omnipotent?", but rather "Is God really all-good"? If it can be demonstrated (as opposed to merely assumed) that God is good, then your concerns melt away; if not, then they are all valid.

To many people's surprise, there's limits to God's omniscience and omnipotence. Let me explain:

Omniscience - God knows everything
In the Bible, God Himself says about man's sin "I will separate it from me as far as the east is from the west." Is it possible for the east to ever meet the west? On earth, kinda, but not really. If you keep going east, you will never be going west. Same vice versa. So will God ever remember the sins of that saved person? No. That's a limit to God's all-knowledge

Omnipotence - God is able to do everything and anything
The common question is "Can God make a rock so big he can't lift it?" The answer is no. What? God can't make that rock? That's right. It's because it goes against his nature. God can not do anything that goes against his nature.

So for God to lie, create slaves, not love them, would be for Him to send them all to hell, because that's exactly what we deserve, because WE are the ones who have sinned.

the thing about God is He is a God of His word and a God of Truth ... He is unchangeable ... and He created us for fellowship with Him ... He is God and set the terms ... just because the creation doesnt think its a good plan doesnt change the facts or the outcome ..you have a choice to believe and do anything u want ... nobody is forcing you ..

I guess that from the standpoint of epistemology, it's impossible to "know" for sure because we would have to know "God"'s motivations.

I mean, if he were all powerful, then it would be within his power to endow himself with infinite wisdom (if he could do anything, and expanding your knowledge fits in the set of actions {["Anything"]}, then it follows that he could teach himself {["Anything"]}.

Which is to say God, if he exists (I don't believe that he does) were at all motivated to make himself omniscient, it would be infinitely easy for him to do so, if his power were infinite. But, we can't know for "sure" (as in, it is not NECESSARY that an all-powerful god would make himself all-knowing, just extremely probably from the standpoint of God's self-interest).

However, if he were omniscient but not omnipotent, then we can't know for sure either because knowing everything does not NECESSARILY imply that he would know how to make himself infinitely strong because we don't know if it's possible to make yourself infinitely strong. That is, if God knew everything, that might mean knowing that it's IMPOSSIBLE to make yourself infinitely strong. In this case, whether or not God would make himself all-powerful is contingent upon knowing whether or not infinite strength is possible.

magnificent question. All in all is God's creation. So, God is meddling in each little thing. One act of interference is you having loose will. yet another act of interference is gravity. all-powerful interference would have had a diverse expression than what's present day, yet did not.
