God wanted and will have a perfect world because his word will not return to him without results. Just because God CAN know everything, doesn't mean he chooses to know the future of all people and things. He wants us to have free will and looking ahead would not give that to us. The fruit Adam and Eve ate was not necessarily an apple (the Bible doesn't say). Jesus prayed for God's will to be done on earth and it will be. Do not lose hope.

A perfect world would not allow for the human psyche to evolve. Without challenges we could not learn, and as we learn so does 'god', except that because time doesn't exist beyond the physical plane 'god' has learnt all we are, is learning all we are, and will learn all we do.
If that doesn't make sense try looking up 'simultaneous time', it's a fascinating theory I subscribe to.

I think he wanted a perfect world, but Satan came into the serpent, and God doesn't keep him away from us, he helps us through the times when he's in us. So, I can see why you're asking this, good question!
