I have to write a thesis statement, and I can not think of a real life opposition to my arguement. The statement is

Although (what I need)______ believe that man can not learn about God through Nature, man can discover the existance of God and His grace through Nature because Nature is God's creation and therfore is a reflection of Him.

Does it make you mad when someone talks poorly of yourself and your beliefs in Christ? Sometimes when a family member lashes out at me for my beliefs I get sad but Jesus clearly tells us to rejoice when they do for we know we're doing our job.

Matthew 5.11
"Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.
"Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

and he later adds to pray for your enemies in Matthew 5.44

Whenever a question is posed about women wearing a hijab or other covering, Muslim women invariably state that they feel free because men don’t look at them and they are not being judged on their looks. For me this raises some questions about Muslim women’s perspective about western women, how they dress and western men.

•How do you think the “real” western women dresses from day to day?
•Do you find real western women to be fundamentally immodest in their dress?
•Do you feel we dress solely to entice men? If so, do you feel this is a choice or that it is something we are forced to do? If forced, who is forcing us?
•If a man finds a woman attractive and looks at her, is this wrong? If it is wrong, who exactly is in the wrong, the man or the woman?
•If a man says something rude to a woman, who is in the wrong, the man or the woman?

Thank you for all your answers, I look forward to reading them and getting your perspective on our culture.

Jesus was talking and teaching us how to pray:

our father prayer:
Our father which art in heaven hollowed be thine name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom and the power, and the glory forever.
Amen
First Jesus was telling us how to pray so he was talking.
So who is the father? And what is his name?
He said, "Our father" so it is his father to.
When Jesus sets up his rulership over the earth his will
will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

It is suggested in some circles that human beings have evolved over many thousands of years and many years before the birth of Jesus, before he even existed it is documented that humans worshiped many gods especially the Romans and the Egyptians, where does the notion of one god stem from and as no god has ever been proven to exist, when and where did the consciousness of a higher being evolve?

This is something that bothers me, because i like to crossdress. I consider myself quite a moral person, i go to my church on sunday, say my prayers at night, never have heard or read anythin about crossdressing as a sin, yet i hear people saying that it is a sin! where in any creed does it say this? i am not homosexual by the way (even though i still believe that being homosexual is not a sin). im just a guy who instead of shirts likes to wear blouses, skirts instead of pants, dresses and make up because i like them.

please respond, thank you

I know that this is an impossible question to ask but different theorys would be interesting. When you are concieved at what point does your soul enter your body, is it when you take your first breath? Or is it when you are in the womb, but then how can 2 souls (yours and your mothers) occupy the same space?
And this whole idea of having a soul, is it plausable or does it just cater to mankinds need for some kind of immortality?

Will you pray with me that GOD touches George Bush and cause him to repent of his sins and ask Jesus to come into his heart and be his Lord and master? Could you also ask others to do so? Our country is in trouble and only GOD can save us now. Give GOD all the glory. Bless you.

Since committing murder is a big part of the muslim religion shouldn't they be allowed to do it in a country that professes religious freedom?

I know I am not perfect. I was worse than her before marriage. She waited until we were married to tell me about a couple times and it has killed me. I think of it daily for about 4 months now. I love her and forgive her, but it hurts. I am praying God will just take this away and heal me. It has even caused physical symptoms in me. Thanks.

Do Christians believe that we all have a Guardian Angel? Is it more of a spiritual belief rather than a religious one?

What are your personal beliefs on Guardian Angels if you have any? What do you think they do? Their purpose etc?

Thanks for any help you can offer. :)

What makes you think God (if you believe in God, if not you don't care I'm sure :) ) is a specific gender? Or if you don't think that, what makes you not think it?
I am aware Jesus refers to God as the father, so please don't post that a million times. This is for any theist. Thanks :)
