Since committing murder is a big part of the muslim religion shouldn't they be allowed to do it in a country that professes religious freedom?

The constitution has a catch when it comes to our freedoms. They cant be used to take away other peoples freedom. And you cannot take away life liberty or property without due process. Otherwise people could proclaim that anything from child abuse to robbing a bank was "part of their religion" and get away with it.

Since the Qu'ran advocates the murder of non-Muslims, they are allowed to on theological grounds. However, since murder is against civil law in the USA they probably shouldn't be allowed to do this. I'm sure it won't stop them from doing it in the next decade or two, though.

Its not a part of their religion any more than it is a part of any other religion. If you read the bible, here's a shocker, its part of Christianity too. The only place it supports not killing is in the 10 commandments. Everywhere else, people get murdered left, right and center.

As most religions believe, killing for god is not murder, it's ok, even if you kill entire populations as god instructed Joshua to do in the Bible

It doesn't work like that, so no, they should not be allowed to commit murder.
People can practice what they want, as long as they don't interfere with the rights of others.

NO VIOLENCE IS ALLOWED UNLESS
1. self defense (which is not considered murder) and idk if murder is allowed even then
2. defense of religion- which no muslim fanatics have done, they use it as an excuse
