There are Bible-believing evangelical Palestinian Christians who accept the State of Israel as part of God's plan, and have never supported terrorism or voted for Hamas, who are collectively punished along with all other Palestinians. They've had their young children shot dead by Israeli soldiers or settlers, and their houses bulldozed or blown up by tanks, sometimes with sponsorship stickers on the side from American churches.

What hurts them most is not the Israelis or their Moslem neighbours who want to get rid of them (to make them emigrate) but the lack of interest of their Christian brothers and sisters in the West.

In other words they make the best case for Christianity and the fact that this country needs more real Christians to save it not less. They make it so clear, they are a mockery of themselves and their way, not of us.

2 Timothy beginning of chapter three
Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days. 2 People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious; 3 they will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent, and fierce; they will hate the good; 4 they will be treacherous, reckless, and swollen with pride; they will love pleasure rather than God;

Could God create a rock so heavy that he himself cannot lift it.
God is all powerful, could God create a being that is greater than himself?
Could God create another God?
Could God self destruct if he wanted to?

People on here have said that is unscriptual and now I don't feel quite right about it. I used to feel close to God when I prayed but now I'm feeling "guilty". Why or why not is praying to the Holy Spirit wrong?

Once again, I am not trying to bash these religions, I only seek answers. I am curious as to, specifically, what magick is used for, what it looks like, types of magick, etc. because I have only seen "magic" in videogames. Can someone please explain about it in reality?

I mean I know it can be uncomfortably sometimes but, come on! Jesus endured a horribly crusifiction for us but we act like we're ashamed of him. Can anyone really give me a good reason?

Aren't Christians supposed to love their neighbors? Yet I constantly encounter Christian who hurl baseless insults the second you dare to disagree with you. And may fate have mercy upon you if you should dare to point out the logical errors by these self-appointed messengers of God! Sometimes they turn around and accuse YOU of being illogical, despite the fact that they clearly don't know the first thing about logic. Are they really THAT insecure? Furthermore, are they insecure because they are Christian, or Christian because they are insecure?

Lets examine the facts...

Christians make up 76.5% (159 million) of Americans. This is down from 86.2% in 1990. That's a loss of 9.7% in 11 years. If this trend continues, then by about the year 2042, non-Christians will outnumber the Christians in the U.S.

The fastest growing religion (in terms of percentage) is Wicca - a Neopagan religion (sometimes referred to as Witchcraft.) Numbers went from 8,000 in 1990 to 134,000 in 2001. That's a doubling about every 30 months!

14.1% of Americans do not follow any organized religion. This is almost a doubling from only 8% in 1990.

By 2050, adherents to both Buddhism and Hinduism will outnumber Christians.

Christians have been trying to "save" the planet for 2000 years. If anything, it's only exacerbated the extreme violence against them from anti-Christian regimes (ie. Islam.)

This pretty much proves that despite what Christians believe, the world isn't interested in Jesus Christ.

Christians, maybe it's time to face reality?

I work for a funeral parlor so we embalm most people. Some religions view some of these things wrong and won't allow them to be buried in certain cemeteries. Most catholics are preserved but the pope is against it. What does your religion believe? And which religion is it?
