In other words they make the best case for Christianity and the fact that this country needs more real Christians to save it not less. They make it so clear, they are a mockery of themselves and their way, not of us.
2 Timothy beginning of chapter three
Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days. 2 People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious; 3 they will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent, and fierce; they will hate the good; 4 they will be treacherous, reckless, and swollen with pride; they will love pleasure rather than God;

Having no fear of those who are against you; which is a clear sign of their destruction, but of your salvation, and that from God.
Because for long enough, in times past, we have been living after the way of the Gentiles, given up to the desires of the flesh, to drinking and feasting and loose behaviour and unclean worship of images;
4 And they are wondering that you no longer go with them in this violent wasting of life, and are saying evil things of you: 5 But they will have to give an account of themselves to him who is ready to be the judge of the living and the dead.

I think you are exactly right. The problem with the world today is that it has become politically correct to hate Christians. Now if you believe in any other religion (Allah, or Buddha) You are in the clear. No-one wants to be labeled a bigot. They are PC religions endorsed by Hollywood and your local news. People don't make their own opinions, they just go along with the herd. Though that Bible no-one anymore wants to admit to believing in, is coming true every day.

Well, you have obviously not actually read many of the question or the answer or in fact anything but your bible. I am NOT selfish, greedy, boastful (unless you ask me about my kids), I am a bit conceited sometimes, I try not to insult, I was not disobedient to my parents, nor ungrateful. I am NOT irreligious, I am very religious, just not your religion. I have never been and will never be unkind, merciless, a slanderer, violent, fierce and I am in fact very good. I have not been and will not be treacherous, reckless and swollen with pride (except about my babies, they rock and are the best). I do love pleasure, and pain. They are both gifts from the gods and make life complete. Be gone with your bigotry, ignorance and conceit.

nicely the theory of evolution contradicts technology customarily, tracing human beings decrease back to micro organism no longer in hassle-free terms begs the question of the place we got here from yet additionally breaks a key organic and organic rule. existence COMES FROM existence. Its common to declare that folk got here from micro organism yet you in hassle-free terms push the question decrease back, the place did the micro organism come from? Scientists basically say the water. nicely final time I checked, water would not procreate and that i'm specific if it did, it does no longer provide beginning to micro organism which isn't something like it, and thinking water isn't carbon based this would not make experience. additionally micro organism isn't an common variety of existence, that is extremely complicated, in case you unquestionably make an effort to seem at it you will see that that's designed like a tiny little submarine, it has a propeller and an engine. And why is it nevertheless around if we developed from it? Why does the ant stay overwhelmed below my ft, yet stay an analogous length, evolution is meant to earnings the survival and replica of a undeniable gene pool, yet there are a great variety of species that in the time of hassle-free terms final a pair of years or perchance some days. Why, does each little thing seem so suitable, we are close sufficient to the solar to no longer freeze, yet far sufficient from it to no longer burn up. As for the formation of the universe, the great bang theory says there became no longer something, and then bang there became something. Now what's greater remarkable, that a nonphysical being made each little thing this is actual, and created regulations and time to control the actual worldwide, or that each little thing got here from nowhere and by using a chain of one billion coincidences the earth magically formed, water screwed and beget micro organism, which magically switched over into fish monkeys and finally us. technology takes greater faith to have self assurance in than God, to apply your words, its a "load of bull"

Actually, the verses you quoted define the outcome of America's so called Christian majority society. You can blame it on secularism and non-Christians all you want but at the same time you claim the majority. What the world needs is a real spiritual transformation (which would rid the world of all religion) instead of more of the same old traditions and dogma.
Its people like that think like you that are the problem, not the solution

People who deny God don't know or understand the Gospel, while some would rather not want to listen to the Gospel. People who say they don't believe in God "know not what they do."
We shouldn't judge them. Some people who say they hate the Lord or curse God might have personal experiences with a Higher Being that they were upset about and turned away or denied.
That doesn't make them bad people...they're just Heavenly Father's children who've either been deceived by others or most likely, themselves.

What're you, like 17 and bursting with hormones? People have been quoting scripture about the End Times for all time.
Come up with an actual question, or at the very least something witty and amusing. And I'm not an Atheist.

i agree to a certain extent. i'm not sure i understand the reasoning but that might just be me. lol i do believe that this country needs a major return to Christianity. a prime example is our public schools. the moment God was taken out of public schools violence, drug abuse, teenage sex, and all manner of ugly things started to become serious and common problems. this country is in a downward spiral. and i cannot believe that it is the fualt of God fearing Christians who obey God's Word. it just must be too hard to live a life of self seeking, and have to be held acountable to some higher being. but it IS still a free counrty (praise God) and every one is free to decide, and i ceratinly won't be one to say they shouldn't be able to. but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

How do you prove a belief by refuting it? Can I say there is no such thing as Santa Clause, and that proves the existence of Santa Claus? Make some sense before you go off half ******.
