Everything it sets into being, it eventually destroys with ease and cold calculation. It is uncaring and remorseless. Star dust is small and not easily torn to pieces. Human beings are larger targets but not large enough to reach high enough to bombarded by fire.

In no other place in the known universe is the hatred more evident than planet Earth. It put us right in the place to let life spring forth. In the ultimate madness, it let these things called human creatures come forth. They are living organisms with a terrible curse. So accused are they that they live things that are not real, even create imaginary rulers to give meaning to their hopes and dreams! Worst of all, the universe gave them knowledge of death and not a way to stop it. The universe hates us so much it wants us to know we will die painfully. It is going to kill us and it doesn't care what we think about that.

Do you agree?

Life Without Religion Is Perfectly Fine, In My Opinion. Live By Good Morals (We Are Born Naturally Knowing What Is Right & Wrong). Honestly, I Think Religion Is Great If It Helps People Stablize Their Good Morals. But Lets Be Honest, Religion Is Not Neccessary. Any Thoughts or Insights to the Viewpoint?

my understanding takes me to the point that the satan mentioned in the bible is not an actual being but more of an adversary . for example the story about the morning star in isiah which most claim to be the fallen angel actually refers to the king of babylon.
can christians comment on this?

I was almost asleep in a totally dark room when I felt someone or something sit on the end of my bed. I couldn't turn my head to see what was on my bed but from the mirror at the head of my bed I saw a bright white light at the foot of my bed. When my son turned on his light from his room the light illumilated around my bedroom door and the light at the foot of my bed disappeared and I could move. What was in the room with me? I am not crazy this actually happened and I have asked Pastors and Priests what this could have been. I was told maybe an angel or God. Anyone have a serious answer for me?

Or just continually insist that God must fit into their limited thinking and understanding? And if he doesnt fit what they think, then they just dismiss all ideas about God;effectively throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

Do atheist honestly seek truth about God?Or hope that God is something that already fits their current lifestyle?

And savor the sweet knowledge of purpose for ourselves? Or should he not even get a biscuit, hypocrite that he was?

After all, it is difficult being non-religious with all of the preaching on this board, but oh the rewards for being compassionate and loving simply for the sake of humanity and not so as to "get into heaven" or "please God"? As an atheist/agnostic and a humanist, I proclaim myself the winner. Methinks Pascal is a dime short of a quarter.

They travel back in time extracting the complete personalities of all humans over all time and let them live and learn together forever. Of course the extraction must take place at the moment of death, so as not to alter actual history. But Man is up there, looking down from the future, waiting for all his brothers and sisters to arrive...except the evil ones. Those ones aren't invited. Those ones get tortured in a lake of fire just for tradition's sake! Who knew?

By this I mean that science has become a master over us instead of us master over it, when’ it speaks’ through its footsoldiers we must all bow down our puny human feelings and opinions to its unfeeling, inhuman demands, because what is human is somehow unimportant before cold soulless ‘science’. So unless we all are 'experts' our opinions, conscience, and beliefs, are despised as worthless and therefore can be violated and overridden, when the basis of this country was to protect these most precious freedoms of soul. Our constitution is not written to protect and uphold science but humans, and normal humans, average humans, Mothers, fathers, Grandmothers and Grandfathers, Sons and Daughters, not just scientists. We are all equal, though I understand that all opinions are not equal in a given context, yet I think that this is a potential, if not already present threat to our freedoms. If any thing stands in the way of 'progress' as proclaimed by the ‘science’ of the day, which has no soul except for us , it is mocked, despised and attacked . It is not enough to just be a human anymore, a mother is no longer smart enough to raise kids ‘experts’ are required.
The man who invents something is more important than a good father or mother, being a human with religion , belief in God, believing in right or wrong is no longer precious or acceptable because it cannot be seen under a microscope or ‘cure’ someone of aids . Although morals and responsibility are the real vaccine Must we all have microscopes attached to our eyes at all times in order to speak truth? Eyes being no longer good enough
Don't let your meaningless religious conscience get in the way of really important things like harvesting the cells from aborted fetuses so we can rejuvenate old hags
