Yes, we do. It's because God is omnipresent. We just forget that sometimes or don't care.
And if you're referring to God being a perv, dude, God doesn't need to procreate when He can create. I don't think He needs to be sexual so He doesn't get turned on. Let's not box God in to mere human standards.
