Firstly, all religious people, PLEASE STAY AWAY from this question. I don't care to know what your god thinks of psychic abilities.

I want to know if there's anyone here who has a psychic ability or a strong intuitive ability. If so, is there anything that you can tell me that I need to know about my life?

Serious answers only please.

As a Tibeton Buddhist I have been harrased a few times by Some Christians simply because I do not adhere to their faith and practice a different one. It is disturbing because such behavior goes against the teachings of tolerance and understanding not to mention acceptence. Their atitude is not that much different from a racsist , sexist or a homophobe. Personally speaking their beliefs are very offensive and do harm to not only others but to themselves. Such beliefs are responsible for a lot of evils that have occured in the past. Thankfully most of them do not share that belief. As for the ones who respect my faith I say:thank you.

in other areas of the universe? If everything started from matter, molecules, energy, all colliding or coming together. Why not other places too? Why not the moon? Mars? and farther. I's my understanding that all space exploriation's have found no actual life anywhere else. No plants, animals, insects, people...little or nothing! For evolution to have worked, all things would have gone through millions of adaptions. They adapted to a new life form, new enviroment,(under water to dry land) new way of living entirely. Things progressed on earth to- change, adapt, and further evolve why didn't they do this elsewhere? Why couldn't they adapt to other cliamates? They changed from almost every angle on earth, why not other places? Didn't this original matter go there too? If not, Why not? It came from space right? It should have been able to evolve everywhere. It should have been able to live without oxygen (or bring it along with it??) Why only on earth and/or why only continuing on earth?

Nature is prolific, there are many more organisms that are born that nature can support. Those organisms, quite by accident, that are selected which have the charactics to survive do. The ones that, quite randomly, do not have those attributes do not survive.

I know you may use the "watchmaker" arguement. That the finest pocketwatch, which was made by us, doesn't come close to a single celled organism .The arguement then that the more complex organims were created by someone smarter than us. Evolution can explain the same thing, given enough time.

It's hard for anyone to see evolution on a planet wide scale. Humans only live around 80 years, and life has been evolving for 4 billion. All life is made of the same basic elements. If you go back far enough, you will find that all biological life, plants and animals, humans included, are related.

Plus the fossils don't lie, if humans lived at the time of the dinosaurs, then how come you can't find any human fossils?

He started the higharcy in church, brought Christianity out of private homes and into Temples, incoorperated the holidays with pagan celebrations, and envolved Christians in the political process. Were these changes good or bad for Christianity?

Christians are often mocked for sharing their believe that Christ is the savior of mankind. However, many have a sincere belief that those who do not accept him will go to hell. I think that caring enough to have a conversation with another person about their eternal destination would be a very loving act if you really believed they were damned without accepting Christ. As I Christian, I am in a catch 22 because I know that many do not desire to hear what I have to say, and I respect that, and yet I still fell a concern for my fellow humans. My first question, how offensive or aggravating is it to you for a Christian to share Christ if you know that their reason is purely motivated by love, and done in a sincere and respectful way? If you were in my shoes, how would you recommend that I live an existentially honest lifestyle? I know many people don’t want to hear the Christian message, and yet I feel that they are going to die and face God’s judgment.

for jewish, what are the main reasons for not believing in the massieh Jesus? he was from among of you, he show evidences and miracle, and jewish people knew him since his birth, they know he wasn't a person who can lie.

for christians why not believing in Muhammad? and he testify of Jesus, and put all his life for the sake of God. and if u complain about the number of his wives or the war he declare, then u have to complain about David and Solomon as well, which the number of women and declare war never stop David and solomon from being a prophet. i mean wha'ts more true than worshiping one God?

It seems that most people who are religious practice the religion that their parents are. If you do that, how are certain that it is the "correct" religion?

Suppose you were born to Hindu parents and adopted by Christians in another country. Would you be Christian, because likely you would be raised that way? Would you be Hindu, because you were born to Hindus? Most importantly, whatever your choice, HOW WOULD YOU FEEL CERTAIN THAT IT IS THE RIGHT RELIGION FOR YOU TO PRACTICE?

Why do people criticize people of other religions, when most people only practice a religion because they were born into it?

It is rude "of you to think anyone wants to be converted"
Why is so common for Atheist and Christians to be so hypocritical and ethnocentric? What about these incarnations of their doctrines is so predictable and selfish?
If I ask a question I am interested in with an infinite amount of answers why does that bother you?
I am interested because my respect for others and curiosity has not been dulled by doctrine or self-righteous elitism.
And fear of death is natural and self preserving; fear of ideas and thoughts is pathetic.

I do not understand why someone has to be offensive when providing their viewpoints on questions relating to Christianity. I try very hard not to be hostile or offensive with anyone's question here no matter the subject matter.

I strive to be polite and express myself as intelligently as possible without becoming personal or vindictive. Isn't that the way it ought to be in a question/answer board. Couldn't the rudeness be dropped along with the sarcasm that one could actually learn from another no matter their belief system? Aren't the majority of us more intelligent than some of the postings I've seen on here. I am sincerely interested in others' viewpoints?

LOL, am I alone in this? What happened to civility?
