Peter LOVED Jesus, and he denyed him. I believe we probably would too. I would like to THINK I wouldnt, but if a man of God who physically saw Jesus denyed him after all the miricles he performed, I am sure I would, sadly enough :(

Whew! it relatively is a frustrating question guy. i've got concept approximately that many cases myself. Peter suggested he'd by no potential deny Jesus. yet whilst it got here all the way down to it, Peter denied him three times. it would be common to declare i ought to by no potential deny Jesus if I have been in a similar place as Peter. yet all i think of i ought to do is learn from Peter's mistake. i might possibly finally end up saving my very own a$$ so as that i would not might desire to bear a similar torture as Jesus. i won't be in a position to declare that I had adequate brass to stand up and say "specific, Jesus is my instructor and that i'm his follower!" Your answer is limited, i might possibly deny Jesus basically as Peter did.

Well in my former life, during the years 15 BC and 45 AD I was actually in China. But, if I were with Jesus, well I would probably just see this as a huge hypothetical situation I could never answer because we can only truly answer things like the betrayal of someone if we are confronted with it. I would like to say I would not betray someone I trusted, but hey, the Romans threaten to stick a spear up my ***, Hey, "never knew the dude."

Probably, yes I would have. Remember though after the Resurrection Peter and the others refused to deny Him all the way to their executions.

I would love to say I would remain steadfast and true, but sad fact of the matter is, I would've probably ran with the rest of them.

Truth is, too many times, I deny Christ now by my own actions and by the words of my mouth. So I can't imagine I would've been any different then.

I am working hard at doing it differently, though!

God bless!!! : )

If I needed to be humbled as Peter did, I am sure I would have made similar mistakes. Sincerely trying to do God's will means we will get the things we need.

If I'd lived at that time, I'd have probably known nothing of him; because I'm a woman, and almost certainly would have been in the kitchen, or running after the kids.

no one knows, and we can't speculate.
Peter was set up by God to deny Jesus, and Jesus knew that..it was for the purpose of carrying out the dieing on the cross to save mankind.

There are very few things worth dying for. Political and religious affiliation (or lack thereof) is not one of them. Sorry, Jesus, but I have my family to think of.

If I lived during Jesus' time, I would not have met him, since in all likelihood I would have lived in Ireland.
