Word is the description of thought and it follows the thought;but if word of God is in view after which the creation of all universe followed;then it was will of God which was behind this very word.Word has not necessarily to be voice or sound inliteral sense.

I think you mean "spirit behind the letter"
it's how Moses went deep, but Jesus went deeper. How Moses got into the problem with a solution, and how Christ went into the heart of the problem and got the best solution.
Eg: Moses said "thou shalt not kill". why? because it is immoral
Christ said "do not hate". why? it's immoral, it leads to many other sins (murder, assault, revenge, etc)
Eg: Moses said "thou shalt not commit adultery". why? because it destroys families, is a violation of trust and is not ordained by God, and will hinder Israel as a nation.
Christ said "do not be lustful". why? sexual lust leads to unfaithfulness, adultery, inferiority complexes of your partner, broken familes, broken lives, rape, mistrust, a lack of control, an unfulfillable sexual void, etc....
understand?
