Electron itself cannot be seen with your eyes or tools, we can only see the orbit, movement or lights(?), but we know that electron exists, right?

Do you believe Christ will return for the rapture in this generation?Jesus said in the bible that no mans knows the day or hour, but Jesus said we would know the season.So I am curious to find out what you think. I believe Jesus will return within 50 years, becuase in 20 years this world will be in caos if it is any indication of today.And in 30 years, forget it, the world will probablly be in so much turmoil,And in 40 years if any indication of today the world will be fever pitch, and I would be suprised if Jesus had not raptured his church. What do you think christians?

This is inspired by a 7th day adventist who believes the rest of the christians have the wrong sabbath (I don't believe in a sabbath at all but that's beside the point).

I'm not calendar expert but let's say that the world was created in 7 days by god as christianity states. Didn't the calendar that we know come much much later than that? How do christians know when the sabbath actually is? They could be worshipping on god's wednesday, 7th day adventists on god's Tuesday.

She said the Lord gave her a dream a few years ago about her life and she said it all came to pass, and then Jesus showed her the rapture of the church, and in the rapture she saw it was summer time as people were wearing shorts and bathers ect. She said from 2004 God is giving his children 3 years to get ready for the rapture which brings it up to 2007. She says Jesus will return in September(Jewish feasts) in 2007. I find that hard to believe, as I believe we are a while of before Jesus comes to rapture to church. Yes we are getting the signs, but the end is not yet.A lot more things have to happen to this world before the tribulation and the rapture. Like more great earthquakes. We had not had any as defistating since 2004 tsunami, and 2005 the great Pakastan earthquake. We will have to see so much more of them in rapid sequence, and famines getting a lot worse, A huge war between the West and the middle east, or something like that. Stock markets crashing around the world,

it is said that if we pray & memorise god from heart then we are supposed to get near to god. but my question is...
how to memorise god, what to call him. we dont know his name, his appearance, his voice, his smell & his anything. to whom we shall pray, whats his name. after all the word "GOD" is also a word given to HIM by us for reference only. what actually HE can be called.. & how to get near to him
RAMA, KRISHNA, LORD SHIVA, MUHAMMAD, JESUS etc are just messengers/varieties of HIS.

What is there to steal from a church?
Nothing. Bibles, Hymnals. The wood from the pews? No.
Churches don't have gold at the altar anymore.
How are you going to steal the stained-glass windows? They are just as easy to steal from the outside, anyway.

So, my REAL QUESTION IS: Why in the HELL (pun intended) can't the HOMELESS SLEEP IN THE CHURCHES which are ALL OVER the CITY and ALL CLOSED at night?

How hypocritical is THAT?!

Why don't CHRISTIANS DEMAND that THEIR churches KEEP THE DOORS OPEN at night!!!!

If apartment buildings can hire a security guard, why can't a church? They could even get rotating volunteers (most churches have several hundred members to choose from)!

Again, a guard is not even necessary!! There's nothing to steal!! And MOST HOMELESS will PROTECT the church where they are staying at night!!

What the HELL is wrong with churches?? Are they run by the DEVIL??!!!! How cruel!!!!!!!!!

As we know from the Buddha is that developing " mindfulness " leads to Arhantship OR suck you inside the stream that later turns into arhantship , if the state of Arahantship is reach there is NO return anymore in next life , you simply bliss out.
The Bodhisattva worst nightmare is that he can not return anymore in his next life to develop his power , so to developing " mindfullness " means suicide . How the Bodhisattva deal with his training of compasion ? If you developing someting to a high level automaticly mindfullness grow with.So the Bodhisattva comes soon or later to a point that his mindfulness are very very strong that he begin to see the TRUTH and that means simply the end of his career he become than a Arahant ( enlightment ) or he swim inside the stream to become a Arahant, am i wrong ??

If Adam and Eve didn't eat the forbidden fruit, their children and descendants would probably have. The more people in the garden, the greater the chance that someone else would have succumbed to the temptation.

Is mankind destined to sin? Or did God only intend that Adam and Eve be the only human beings? Or is the Eden story seriously flawed?
