Do you believe Christ will return for the rapture in this generation?Jesus said in the bible that no mans knows the day or hour, but Jesus said we would know the season. So I am curious to find out what you think. I believe Jesus will return within 50 years, becuase in 20 years this world will be in caos if it is any indication of today. And in 30 years, forget it, the world will probablly be in so much turmoil,And in 40 years if any indication of today the world will be fever pitch, and I would be suprised if Jesus had not raptured his church. What do you think christians?

Dude get real! The world has been chaotic for CENTURIES! Everyday for thousands of year people have been saying that he will come within 1, 10, 100 years and to no avail! Let's get real! There have always been wars just like the Bible, there have always been bad people, there has always been every sign given that he will return. The MEN who wrote the Bible knew what couldn't be disproved! I am a Christian but I would never take the Bible literally!

There will be a second coming of Christ. There will not be a rapture.

The rapture is a relatively new Christian concept, starting in the 1820's and becoming popular in the 1830's. I think it is safe to say this new concept really was not taught before and you don't have to worry about anyone being raptured away. Frankly, I think it is funny all these Christians who believe in a rapture don't believe in prophets and yet, Margaret McDonald declares herself to be one and the entire belief is supposed to be the result of prophecy.

I am a Christian. There is no "rapture"! It is just a bunch of bologna made up by fundamental evangelicals some years back. It has no biblical basis. From the bible, it says Christ will come at a time when you least expect him. That is Judgement day. If you died before that, you have already been judged. Either into heaven or hell.

Every christian throughout history has given the "Jesus returns" a timeframe of within 20-50 years. My Nanna died 15 years ago at age 73 and for as long as I can remember she would tell me that she believed she would see Jesus return to earth before she died. I think that's the "hope" part of your religious deception.

i've got self belief Jesus ought to possibly return in the subsequent 20 years. such as you suggested, there are a number of prophetic activities happening or have befell that factor in direction of his impending coming. The est. of Israel in 1948 is heavily believed to be a substantial fulfillment of end-time prophecy. In Matthew Ch. 24 it talks bearing directly to the Gospel being preached around the globe and then the top coming. this might purely be fulfilled in our era simply by upward push of technologies (Apple has basically released a sparkling Lap staggering pc that fee purely $a hundred and replaced into made to be bought to third international countries - those laptops have automated get entry to to on the spot information superhighway - this might set the degree for common get entry to to the Gospel and different issues like clone of the Anti-Christ). the large Flood in Asia in 2004 and the devastating Hurricanes in 2006 ought to be parallel to Jesus' fact that it would be like the "Days of Noah." Christians, pay interest to the international scene. different religions have self belief have been in the top-cases, even atheists think of the international is coming to an end. In earth technological know-how classification (college direction) I found out that via 2050 our worlds substantial components would be depleted (medical study coach this) if no longer something is accomplished approximately it. shop your eye on Israel and the activities occurring in Iran. Many Muslims have self belief that their version of the messiah (Mahdi) will come quickly and convert the international to Islam. simply by fact of this the Iranian Pres. spouts off like he does, simply by fact he believes he's on a divine challenge. The Catholic church (i'm no longer Catholic) has a crew of prophecies that describe the succession of Popes and in accordance to this prophecy (St. Malachy's Prophecy), there are 2 popes left till the top. properly sorry to sound pressing, besides the undeniable fact that it relatively is, this is on the door. don't get scared or worried. Get extreme for Christ simply by fact he's coming back.

First thing first lets get through this nonscence about the rapture, that term is NOT found is scriptures, in Luke the verse your taking "OUT OF CONTEXT" Luke 17 the chapter talks about things like Noah and the flood, then moves to Sodom then the most mis-quoted verse in 35 where one is grinding and the other taken, then someone ask Jesus taken where THEN HE SAID taken in death, they were taken but in death and no where is the word secret used no where does it say that the one taken or the one left did not know, and Jesus comes in everyones life time, perhaps at the end but in everyones life time, find out much more free on line bible lessons www.itiswritten.com bible questions www.bibleinfo.com talk to me also wgr88@yahoo.com God bless

Jesus will rapture the church just before He lets terrorists Nations release a few nuclear bombs. Read Revelation and see if it looks like those plagues and those four horsemen look like they match a nuclear holocaust.

No, I don't believe Jesus is coming back; though I believe he was the Messiah who wasn't supported by neither John the Baptist nor the dominate religious faith then.
