Earth bound/ spirits or Ghosts as they are more commonly known as are for certain reason trapped in an environment usually as they choose to not cross over or are trapped. Usually disturbances start if you shift furniture around, or build an extension on an old property.
Generally if you can imagine being earthbound and nobody can see you how frustrating that would be. You would try everything you can to get there attention if you needed help.
During my own personal experience I found that I experienced a general feeling of dread and "no hope" throughout the property which was apparent when i wasnt there I also used to get headaches and physically felt drained. I did find that having alot of plants around the house can breakup alot of the residual energy and having a few mirrors helped.
I have just been reading your website and using the Ouija board couldnt of been a worse idea. Its like playing Russian Roulette with your mind and little or nothing is known about how to control them. I think you were very brave or increadibly unaware.
Still its a very interesting story. Nice website
