Electron itself cannot be seen with your eyes or tools, we can only see the orbit, movement or lights(?), but we know that electron exists, right?

Am I right? What do you think?

We know the electron exists because there is physical evidence of it. Sight is not the only physical input that proves something exists. Take the wind, for instance. One cannot see it, but one can feel it. One can also see and hear its effect on the world in general. Therefore, it's real.

As for God, there is no physical evidence of him/her/them. We have no sensory input as to the existance of any deity, only emotional. The presense of divinity cannot be proved by a scientific means and that is why religion is more akin to philosophy rather than science.

Believe in God if you like. I believe in mine, even though I have no proof they exist. For me, it is not about proof, it is about belief and it is enough. I'll never understand why some feel the need to prove that their god is real using science. All they do is set themselves up to fail because it can't be done.

The existence of electrons can be deducted from empirical evidence, reproducible experiment, and logical conclusion. Furthermore, the term "electron" is just a model which has been defined by science, and models like these are always subject to discussion and refinement.
If you wish to come up with similar scientific verification for a god, you need to provide a conclusive definition of your god first, and then you can try to start your scientific research and your test series on the subject. Good luck.

I don't know about others, but I see proof everyday. When I look at all the things around me, I see that some 'intelligent being' had to be in control of bringing life onto this planet. After all, Earth is the only one with just one type of lifeform; but millions upon millions.

Do you people think that the chemicals which combined to make all of the things around, in and on this planet - Just happened to come together in just the precisely necessary quantities and qualities to make everything?

Or did 'some intelligent being' knew exactly what was needed, in the precise amounts and qualities; to bring about all that is in this universe and beyond?

Agnostics want to point out science and mathematics, as proof that a 'supreme being' does not exist. But I think the bigger issue is why these people don't see or accept, that this 'supreme being' is the one who made science and mathematics; in the first place.

He proves himself to be very real everyday, the only trouble is that not everyone is accepting of the truth.

Not only can you use the electron, you can also use protons, neutrons, ions.....proof of God's existence is all around you. The air you breathe, the sun that warms you, the water that cools you....it doesn't require science to prove God's existence. Just try explaining how a flower grows.

An electron is not visible but it is measurable. It is a testable thing. The same cannot be said about the existence of a deity--its presence is in no way verifiable.

This can not be used to prove a God exists because there is nothing that is effected in the physical world that is altered by this God!

Could be because THERE IS NO GOD!

Really??? Can we see god in a microscope too??? Bad analogy, don't you think?? Same for the "god is like the wind" example. God isn't like the wind, if he was, then that would be irrefutable evidence that god hates rednecks who live in mobile homes in the bible belt.

Well, no, you're off on your claims about what we can see, and you also didn't explain what this has to do with proving that God exists.

Electricity behaves in a predictable manner. Does God?

I don't see how you can use electrons to prove the existence of God but you're welcome to try. Good luck with that and please get back to us with your results.
