They say "there's no proof he was here".

Most of the stuff in science is theories, big bang, evolution, etc, yet they believe those theories. Those things aren't proven, yet most atheists believe them?

I'm not trying to insult atheists or say their wrong, but I'm just curious as to why?

I read that Mohammed's wife had to reassure that his visions were inspired by God not Satan.

Is there any truth in this?

I have an Aunt(who also is a drug addict) who recently asked if I was following the "right" religion, after she saw a Quran and a book on buddhism on my counter. I did get offended; but I didn't act out on it and simply said I don't believe my spiritual beliefs are anyones business but my own. I then took out my anger on you guys here, by asking ridiculous questions and getting you angry also, lol. I like to spread the love, yo!!!!!!!!!!!

If 95% of people go to hell, aren't you taking an incredible risk by bringing a child into existence? And if your answer is that as Christian parents you can help your child on the right path, wouldn't it be more ethical to adopt a child who already exists and save them rather than bring a new one into existence?

A lot of speculation is speading around the world, especially because of that"fictional" account from the book "the Da Vinci Code. I want to know how it would affect your faith. Would you continue to believe? Would it shake your faith. What would it lead you to feel or believe differently?

Consider this...

God is eternal. Eternity is essientally the absense of time. So God is not bound by time.

We are.

So, since God is eternal, every moment that we perceive is merely 'now' to him.

Right now, God sees what we are doing, what we've done, and what we will do, all right now.

From point A to point Z, it is all how we perceive 'now.'

Really, with God, there is no 'seeing into the future.' Why? Because there is no future with God, only now.

That's why he is the I Am. Not the was or will be. He is. He is eternal.

When you understand this concept some of the biblical ideas makes more sense.

Consider in the future you decided to kill someone. You made that choice right now from God's perspective.

Everyone who rejects him or obeys. They are doing so right now from God's point of view.

Right now God sees begining and the end. There is no past or future with God, only 'now.'

Only a God could have such a perception.

Agree or disagree?

ok, here is the question: Is christianity a scam? If you look at the bible, it is filled with faults and contradictions. In the world today, it is hard to find a balnce between science and spirituality, so I really want to know what you think about me declaring atheism

Whenever someone on here asks a question doubting God or the Bible, all the "christians" get so mean calling the person an idiot and stupid and saying things like "you don't derserve to live" or "someone as narrow minded as you doesn't deserve to feel God's love." What the heck is that all about? I thought christians were supposed to be nice, welcoming people who didn't judge others? Are there a bunch of hypocrits out there or what?

I know I'm gonna hit a nerve with this question, and I fully expect people to attack me on this one....just saying it in advance so you know it doesn't bother me. People can be so touchy on this subject.

There was to be alot of question about rather jesus was black, white or of middle eastern descent when it came to that movie, but when it comes to the passion of the christ or any other movie where jesus is portrayed as a white man noone seems to care or want to debate his color. Dont tell me that his color doesn't or shouldn't matter, because i agree, my issue is it doesn't matter only when jesus is white. it seems to matter in this case when he's black! Color of the Cross was said to be "Controversial"

My choice is to never have to make a choice or face consequences in my life. I wish to seize to exist, or rather, to have never existed.

If he was really pro freedom of choice he would have never created us in the first place.
