What events in your life have caused you to change your religious beliefs? Is there one especially important event?

I know that pretty much everything in your religion wasn't originally in English. Is there a correct / unoffensive spelling for Koran / Quran and Mohammah / Muhammad. I've seen dozens of variations.

And if anyone posts anything here about how Islam is an evil religion of child molestors or any other hateful nonsense, I promise I'll report you, so sully my question at your own risk.

This has of course been asked before but I would appreciate an answer.
If there are contradictions in the bible, then it cannot be all right. So, how do you know what is right and what is not?
I have seen other questions shot down due to lack of examples, so I shall provide some (not original words, but judge them on merit, not anything else written by the author, etc):

What time did the women visit?- At the rising of the sun (Mark 16:2) vs. when it was yet dark (John 20:1)

Who came? Mary Magdalene (John 20:1)Mary Magdalene and the other Mary (Matt. 28:1)Mary Magdalene, other Mary(Mark 16:1)Mary Magdalene, Joanna, other Mary and other women (Luke 24:10)

Was the tomb opened or closed when they arrived? Open (Luke 24:2)closed (Matt 28:1-2)

Whom did they see at the tomb? The angel(Matt. 28:2)a young man (Mark 16:5)two men (Luke 24:4)two angels (John 20:11-12)

etc...
If something is not always correct, how do you know what in it is?

And if you don't believe in God.......... become a judge.
Oh! Then you couldn't ask people to swear on the Holy Bible.
I give up!

People will believe anything that some preacher or child molesting priest tells them. They believe silly stories that a bunch of people put together in one book and said it was from God. How is it that the church can brianwash people so easy. Is it just that they need to be lead?

This is an honest question as I have had periods in my life where I was not necessarily affiliated with a church, but still considered myself Lutheran, just as I was confirmed.

So, you can't be "born again" if you never were, and if you were already Christian affiliated why wouldn't you just go back to the denomination OR find another that more suites you? Where exactly does "born again" come into the picture, and how are their beliefs different from other Christian denominations?

what i guess i mean is if for example society is lead by religion for a thousand years not to ask questions will the descendants of these people be less questioning and one could argue less inteligent then those who liive in a society that spends a thousand years in research and technological advancement? this is just an example i mean it in a general sense can the conditions of a society and not just the conditions of environment affect evolution?

With all the things in the world that I don't know, I know in my heart that Jesus was son of God (Don't really follow Trinity belief though) but also I have a very strong belief in reincarnation (Sort of instead of hell your reincarnated until you find the Lord)

Does this follow any Christian denomination, so that I may further research? I kind of need a place to start.

Any help is apprieciated! Thank you
