If you don't believe in God, then you aren't bound by the rules of God, hence you CAN JUDGE. You CAN PLAY GOD.
All the religious do is recite their religious sayings to counter. That's not being judgemental, even if it's saying you will go to hell. That's simply quoting a Bible passage said by someone else. It's that someone else who might have been judgemental, but since the Bible is a religious guide book, we can use such judgemental phrases withtout being judgemental.

God doesn't judge. God is perfect Love and all-forgiving. God is waiting with eternal patience for you to find your way back to him, and when you do you will be welcomed like a long-lost child.
The only judge in the universe is the unbreakable law of cause and effect. Your actions will determine your fate, not the judgement of God.
Loving actions bring you closer to God. Fearful and controlling actions remove you further away. It's as simple as that.

actually if u dont belive in god and are a judge u can still ask them to swear on the holy bible. THEY still hold the bible to be truth and of importance. them swearing on the bible has nothing to do with you, it is THEIR vow on THEIR book. you could in turn, turn around and tell a muslim to swear on the koran, people swear by what is dear to them. why have them swear on something they dont take to be important anyway?
