With all the things in the world that I don't know, I know in my heart that Jesus was son of God (Don't really follow Trinity belief though) but also I have a very strong belief in reincarnation (Sort of instead of hell your reincarnated until you find the Lord)

Does this follow any Christian denomination, so that I may further research? I kind of need a place to start.

Any help is apprieciated! Thank you

I am not a 100%, but I am pretty close, that there are no Christian churches who believe in reincarnation, because that goes against the whole atonement/sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Therefore, you would need to be looking for a religion that doesn't base it's beliefs on the teachings of Christ. Good luck!

There are a few religions that don't believe in the Trinity, but that they were seperate (Mormons, I think Pentacostals...I guess you'd have to look into that more). Good luck!

You seem confused, but that is understandable.

Jesus being the son of God is a principle belief of Christianity

Reincarnation in based upon budism and a few other beliefs.. but is kind of the opposite of what Christianity believes being that Heaven and Hell are the afterlife options and you only have one life to live and what you do in that lifetime is what you are judged by. many people see religion as something to fall back on and alot of peopl ehave thier own beliefs that might take aspects of some religious followings and combine them.

Religion should not be a something used to hang your hat on but is supposed to be a relationship and understanding wo whom ever it is heads your beliefs, being God, Alah, Science etc.

Exposure to differant views is what causes some confusion to many but that is the where teh individual has to determine what is right for them because in the end.. your faith is your faith and no one can believe for you. Best of luck on you journey and may God be with you and give you guidance. Best of luck =)

Well if you want to continue believing in reincarnation, then you have to find one of the Eastern religions like Buddhism to follow, because the Bible expressly rejects reincarnation in several places.

You would have to list more specifics for me to guide you to a specific Christian denomination though.

As it is, don't spend so much time asking other people to help you choose the right denomination for you, but ask the Lord in prayer what to do in this matter, since I'm sure you know that Jesus said in the Bible "Ask, and ye shall receive."

Below is one. Jesus was and is the Son of God. You won't find the trinity concept in this religion below either because God the Father, Jesus his Son, and the Holy Spirit are three different people. You won't find reincarnation either, although you will find a much different concept of heaven and hell than in other Christian religions. It may fit very well with your thought process about where people end up after this life and that heaven is a lot bigger than we thought and there are rewards appropriate to deeds.

I would strongly recommend finding out facts from a christian church rather than finding a religion that fits your current beliefs. The truth is set in stone and easy to reveal with an open mind and a convicted heart. He loves you, and will allow you to know him and learn about the truth. Get a study bible if you can, they break things down and relate the word to current experiences. I am excited to hear you are searching. Good luck and God bless.

Too be completely honest there is no denomination that believes how you do.

What you believe is a mix between Christian ideas and New Age. You might like Christian Science.

I just wonder why you believe some of the bible and not all of it. If part of it is "wrong" then why follow any of it. I hope that you can read the bible and then form your faith and beliefs off of that.

Almost all Christians believe in the trinity, except for the Oneness Pentecostals (as opposed to general Pentecostals).

Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe in the trinity, but they are regarded as a cult that tightly controls its members.

Mormons tend to not believe in the trinity, since they seem to believe in many gods, but most people would not consider them to be Christian.

Only the Gnostics believe in reincarnation, so far as I know, and they are not popular since most Gnostics seem to become Buddhists eventually (which is what Gnostics seem to really be).

I personally believe in the trinity and i do not believe in reincarnation, since I can find Biblical support for the trinity, and I cannot find any for reincarnation. But do your own research and see what you think.

Actually, there are churches like Church of All Worlds, Church of One and countless others that teach a WIDE denomination.

Also...You need to seek out YOUR OWN SOUL'S SALVATION. What works for one might not work for another. What you do works for you, but won't work for me.

I used to be christian...for 20 years! However I am Pagan now and feel more alive and can feel God much more than I did in church. That works for me, will it work for you...don't know.

I have friends that are christian-wiccan practitioners...The call upon Jesus and Mary for their God. It doesn't matter as long as you make that connection to God.

I also believe in reincarnation as well.

I hope this helped.
